       It will make Arena and GW tougher, as P2P's will be better.
       But all LS/DS challenges, all Raids, and all Events will become
       easier, at least for awhile.  This is the silver lining.

       I just started LS 8 Hard when mods were nerfed.  Got one,
       though.  I'll try another next month.
