Another opportunity to do Heroic tank sooner

Hey guys a quick official announcement, after we declined the
deal with DOA I was contacted by another guild leader with
another idea, this one much more agreeable to what we want to
accomplish here.
Who? I was contacted by the leader of KOTNR, DMS with a plan
What? The plan is, we share our strongest members to get in
shape and hit heroic sooner. Essentially we will send them
between 5-10 of our strongest to run heroic with them, then
afterwards they will send ours back along with 5-10 of theirs.
with any luck this is enough to get both guilds into heroic and
we can start farming it sooner.
Where? hmm... this question is not applicable... moving on!
Why? To get to heroic and (more importantly) General Kenobi
shards sooner!
When? The plan seems to be to start late this week, logistics to
be discussed with them.
Conclusion: I think this is one that will be agreeable with
everyone, we start off bigger with 5-10, then as we do more and
more we remove players we are trading until both guilds can run
with no help needed. Unlike the last guild merge offer we 100%
maintain ourselves, we are not merging, or doing anything
permanent. We are just sharing to reach the goal faster for
everyone!
Feel free to comment your thoughts and feelings below, and let
me know :) I will also be contacting those who are strong enough
to move individually to make sure you are ok with it.

in our top 5, usually top 3 :)

How would this actually work? Would people leave the guild to
join some placeholder guild and then rejoin ours two days later?
I don't see how the temporary guild would earn enough points to
start a raid.

[/quote]we trade guilds, so when we send 10 people over to them,
they will send 10 people who are not heroic ready into our guild
for the duration, then we switch back. Same will apply when its
our turn, they will send 10 or of there raid best, and 10 of
ours who are the least raid ready will switch to there guild
