I agree with Vader, not sure if I would move up and if I do not
I just hope we would get additional players to fill in the gaps
created by the move.

The guild has grown a bit stagnant and there is a bit of a
divide between the active players and the casual players.
Because of this the active players are being held back while the
casual players are being pressured to contribute more than they
would like.
When something like this was proposed a couple months ago, I
wasn't ready. I feel like I am ready to try out the merger this
time. Like it was stated by others; If we find that it is not
our cup of tea, we can always come back. Plus there is still the
guild forums and Discord for communication.

One thought I had. let's say 2-3 months go by and we find out
that it's not a good fit and players want to come back. What
would that do to the new players that may have joined. Do we
just keep the empty spots open? I'm always down for whatever is
best for the guild and I think we have a good group of people
here. Joining has really made me enjoys this game a lot more and
that's because of all of you here. I see both positive and
negatives with this as some members have already discussed.

After a lengthy discussion with the other officers, we have
decided for now not to join up. Instead we are going to try and
shore up what we have, and get rid of some of the players who
are both minimum contributors as well as not engaged in the
community at all. I love this community, and as long as you are
a part of it, your safe here :)
With any luck I can find some new players ready for heroic tank
to take the spots of those who are inactive to help revitalize
our tank efforts. Thank you all for the good discussion on this

Amen, brother! Helping this guild grow is the reason I stayed
in GOH.
But it's time to kick it up a notch. Let's all inform our
fellow Cleegers know in chat that it's time to move
communications to Discord, and for everyone to work to the goal
of Heroic Tank. For that we need all members who want to House
Clegane a Heroic Tank guild talking, contributing (guild coins
and Tank damage), and building their squads to that goal
(level/star/mod the four to five essential squads to
80+/7*/3*L10+).
