Who should I promote to Gear Lvl IX?

Im a little ways off still, but I am at 37/50 TaggeCo Holo Lens,
when I hit 50, who do you think I should promote to the next
gear Level? Here are my options:
Luminara
Darth Sidious
Jedi Counselor
Captain Phasma
Ahsoka Tano
Boba Fett
Anakin Skywalker
Man I need alot of these lol, I can myself eliminate some,
Anakin, Fett, and Jedi Counselor are not part of my main Arena
team, so I will be picking between:
Luminara
Darth Sidious
Captain Phasma
Ahsoka Tano
Thoughts?

Luckily the Mk9 Neuro Savv Salvage (which I have 0/50 lol) I
only have 3 viable characters:
Savage
Mace Windu
Eeth Koth
And only Savage is on my Arena team, so easy choice if I ever
get those gear pieces lol

Is gear lvl IX the one with orange circle? Damn, it's so
badass.. I am still stuck at VII, the level holds me atm.

not quite, X is orange and im not sure its possible for us to
gain orange quite yet, IX is having the purple completely filled
in

I went with Lumi...she is such a bad-ass toon. Great healing and
can hit like a freight train!

What is your weakest of these four. I'm of the camp to boost
the weakest of your arena team first.

Thats a good point. Im thinking Darth Sidious as he tends to die
quicker then I would like

I now have GeoSoldier, Dooku, and Fives at Lvl IX....my earlier
comment about Luminara was about Lvl VIII (got confused :P )
Next is between Lumi, Sidious, and RG.....

Dang 3 already? I don't even have 1 lol, I have enough of the
rare material for 1 (as of today) but need some basic ones
first. How'd you get so many?

Just focus... I'm not even done with teir 7 LS/DS battles...i
just focus on getting the gear I need. As for the hard to find
stuff, i've been buying it in the Guild store with my credits.
