       Change to Ally Point Tournaments ...

       Previously, it took three fights before the Ally Point cost went
       up, now it's two.  This should cut overall fighting by 1/3,
       which will cut by 1/3 the time spent to participate.  This is a
       good change, IMO.
       Tournament Refresh
       We’ve updated the tournament update refresh cost ramp. So
       moving forward, players should see the following: •100 •100 •250
       •250 •500 •500 •750 •750
       •1000 •1000 •1500 •1500 •2000 •2000 •2500 from there on
