       So if you can get them to the next gear level, you have a
       distinct Speed advantage over identical toons fro the other
       side.  This explains why my Opponents Home One goes before mine
       (my Ackbar is only g9).

       So a G10 TFP is going to be faster than a G8 TFP even if the
       latter has a +30 speed mod and the former has no mods at all.
       That is good news imho."
