       Mod Question

       ---------------------------------------------------------
       Greetings, Cleganes!
With the reconfig of stats to do away with "Armor" as a numeric
value, now it's a percent value-- any ideas how to compare "plus
[X] Defense" vs "plus [%] Defense" mod values?
The other mod types that have "plus [value]" all have numeric
       values-- health/protection/speed/&c.
       I welcome your thoughts,
       Q.

A big thing to remember is that % based mods calculate % on your
base stats (e.g. % def). It does not count the defense that has
       been added by your mods.
So if you have 100 def base and you have mods that add 23 def.
If you have two +10% defense mods, then you would only receive
       20 def.
       As to your question:
What is better % def or +def? It's all about the numbers. 10%
def is the dame as +10def if you have a base of 100def. If you
base def is 50, then you would only get 5def form the %.
Generally, I notice that +X mods seem to give you more than %X
mods. In the end though, it's a numbers game.
