       NEW STICKYING RULE (FOR LT'S +)

       No more than 4 threads fused in each category. If there are
       already 4 fused threads, go to the LL (if you're a Lt) or the
       Major League (if you're a Major) or the Staff Sanctuary if
       you're a General/War Vet. Then make a thread with the contents
       you want fused. YOU CAN FUSE IT IN THE LL, THERE IS NO LIMIT TO
       STICKYING THERE. Then when there is a space in the category you
       want it fused in, I will move it there.
