I'm going to have a move around with people very soon. I just
have a few more rank permissions to sort out and then everything
will be ready! With this said I think I'd be in you guys best
interest to be active and posting, because this will go well
towards you being promoted because were looking out for people
worthy of ranks so keep this in mind.
But yeah very soon there will be some promotions so keep active
and try your hardest to get one ;)

Good to hear, I know you will anyway. ;)
And yeah I think a change and getting some people on ranks ready
could help increase activity and then the new members will
replace the recruits anyway.

Yeah, but I don't think we should have any supplier promotions
yet. We should vote for them to become a supplier, as myself and
Hadi suggested.

Yeah I guess you're right although I think we need more people
as suppliers before we can start voting because there currently
isn't really enough of us to do that. Also I won't say too much
but Supplier will be a pretty empty rank soon if you get my
drift lol. ;)
Also all these promotions are just early processes for the
forum, by doing it we'll see who does and who doesn't work for
ranks and someone can be demoted as quick as they was promoted
anyway if there happens to be any issues so I don't think it'd
make anything go haywire but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Yeah, but there isn't enough active recruits to promote at the
moment. If they want to be promoted, then they need to prove
that they are mature and can handle the content. It's not meant
to be for kids, that really can't handle it. It's meant to be
for those that have proven to us that they are mature. At the
moment, I haven't seen any of the recruits prove it to us but
we'll see.

You're right the rank does come with a category that contains
mature content, although I promoted yourself and star straight
of the bat and you guys were fine so I think another 1 or 2
members getting the promotion won't make all that of a
difference in my opinion anyway. I'll also only choose members
that I think are ready for it and can cope with the category
well.
And bearing in mind that if users don't like the content they
can ask me to be changed back straight away.

Yeah you're right, I guess me promoting you was bias you could
say but yeah I know you're both good for the rank.
Also I'm sorting out the permissions now.
I should havee done it sooner but I was busy with other things
and I went to my nans lol.
