Thanksgiving dinner!
Which includes (but is somewhat limited to): Mashed Potatoes,
Broccoli Casserole (deliciously made this time), layered rolls
(PERFECTLY made this time), Smoked Brisket (take THAT ham!), and
Smoked TURKEY! (Take that frozen poultry!) Personally, I have
been traumatized by stuffing, so I didn't have any (even though
it was fixed) and I don't really enjoy gravy that much either.
But the smoked turkey- it was Awesome! Nice and moist, tender
and full of flavor, it mixed perfectly with the buttered rolls
and raspberry tea.
The others had chocolate home made cheesecake for desert, and
since I don't like cheesecake (pity me if you must...) I got
Raspberry and mint chocolate truffles! (like I said- PITY ME IF
YOU MUST. ;D)
