Young Adult Application

Young Adult Application (ages 18-20)

Please Note: Before applying with a young adult, your system
must have at least one other inner who has been active on the
board for at least 3 months. We at HCP consider Young Adults to
be in a transitional phase between child and adult and have
policies in place to reflect this. Young Adults have two options
for living arrangements: with a family member who is 21+ or
within a foster home. Those Young Adults who live in the foster
homes are considered Assistant Care Workers. They can correct
those under 18, but are not above correction themselves. Young
Adults are not permitted to adopt or foster.

We ask anyone interested in joining us to fill in an application
and send it to: homecoming.point@gmail.com
Parts one and two of this application will form your 'member
profile' if accepted and refer to the inner applying to the
board. Part three is 'real life' information for the reference
of the Administration only. You must fill out and submit every
section of this application to be considered for membership.

PART TWO - The Big must fill this out
Is the young adult comfortable with changing, bathing and
dressing a child? What are their intimate care limits when it
comes to children? (Please be specific)
Is your young adult comfortable disciplining children and teens?
If yes, what ages/gender(s)?
How would your young adult be most likely to discipline children
and teens? What punishments won’t they use? What are they most
likely to use?
Please describe the amount of discipline your young adult would
need:
Who may administer discipline to the young adult? Please select
one of the following. Note: Must have an adult’s permission to
list them under #1.
(1) Discipline may only be administered by the following people
(must be on-site and active).
(2) Any adult may discipline the young adult.
Discipline and Guidance Information [If something is a limit or
a trigger, please say so. Please give detailed information as
this is how we know what will work best for your young adult] -

2. Research essays?
3. Reflection essays?
4. Additional duties?
5. Removal/restriction of privileges (TV, Computer, Phone,

6. Restriction of freedom (i.e. may not leave residence
other than university classes)?
Other forms of effective discipline:
Are you comfortable with men disciplining the teen?
Are you comfortable with women disciplining the teen?
Please list ALL triggers. Triggers elicit a strong emotion.
Please list what the reaction will be to a trigger, and how it
MAY be handled (not necessarily will).
Please take the time to list ALL hard limits. Hard limits are
triggers that may not be approached or broken for any reason.

big, that will help us understand your young adult. This is not
mandatory.)
