Adult Application

Adult Application (ages 21+)
We ask anyone interested in joining us to fill in an application
and send it to: homecoming.point@gmail.com
Parts one and two of this application will form your 'member
profile' if accepted and refer to the inner applying to the
board.. Part three is 'real life' information for the reference
of the Administration only. You must fill out and submit every
section of this application to be considered for membership.

Occupation: (All adults must hold a job in the community. Please
put a desired area of occupation here, we'll discuss with you
upon acceptance to find a position that works for everyone!)

home if you are coming with a family. We STRONGLY encourage
adults coming without a family to live in a foster home. Either
to be an Occasional Care Worker (live there, but have a day job
in town) or be a Primary Care Worker (one of a team of 2 in
charge of a small group of kids))
