Rules and Expectations

SITE RULES
You must agree to abide by these rules to become and remain a
member of the site.
1. This is a 100% NON-SEXUAL ageplay site.
2. You must be biologically 18 years or older to join.
3. No children under the age of 4 will be accepted unless coming
with a parent/guardian.
4. Respect all members of HCP. No personal arguments or attacks
on site. This includes passive aggressive words and actions. If
you have a serious issue with another member come to the
Administration.
5. Threads that include drugs, alcohol, spanking, memories of
abuse, and other common triggers must be appropriately tagged.
When in doubt, tag the thread.
6. All staff members and administrative decisions are to be
treated with the utmost respect, both on and off the board. Any
staff member has the full authority to intervene in any thread
in an administrative capacity.
7. All members' right to privacy must be respected. You may not
ask or prompt anyone about who their own or another’s other
inners (on or off the board) are.
8. This site is private. Its content may not be copied or
discussed off the board unless all participants are registered
members of the board.
9. All limits listed in profiles MUST be respected. Members must
familiarise themselves with a person’s limits and triggers
before interacting with them.
10. All types of non-sexual discipline are permitted on the open
board. No discipline may take place via the board's private
messaging system.
11. Any member found to be ‘poaching’ members for other ageplay
sites will be immediately removed from HCP.
PLEASE NOTE: The Administration retain the right to add or
delete rules and to temporarily or permanently ban any member at
any time as we see fit. We also retain the right to accept or
reject any prospective member.
EXPECTATIONS
General guidelines for posting on HCP.
1. No running away with a thread. If this happens threads will
be locked.
2. No Lurking (logging on, but not posting for long lengths of
time). If you are going to be gone for longer than two weeks, or
if you will only be able to read but not post, post a topic in
the absences board. If this does not happen, accounts may be
deleted.
3. If you don’t want anyone to be able to join your thread, tag
it accordingly. Untagged threads are assumed to be open to
everyone. You must gain permission before tagging another member
in a thread.
4. No god-modding or power play (writing the actions past or
present of another person without their permission). NPC’s
(anyone around HCP who is mentioned but is not a member of the
site) may be written/used as needed, but may not be used by
children to ‘get around’ rules. Threads not respecting this will
be locked.
5. Journals and safe rooms are a personal space. Discussion
about what is posted is entirely up to the creator of the
journal or safe room.
6. If you have any questions, concerns or complaints to do with
the board or its members, please refer them to the staff. All
concerns raised to any staff member are referred to the entire
staff, unless otherwise requested.
7. We require honesty from our members in order to keep this
community safe. This means that we expect Bigs to be honest and
forthcoming if a child is triggered by or uncomfortable about
something and that child will not admit it themselves - it does
not mean we expect children never to fib ;) Communication is
vital on this board.
