What we plan for the future of Hobbyist

Hello there, as since 2019 is coming up, we also have ideas of
what we want to add the forum and some predictions that are
quite exciting. :o
So what features are in our heads to add in 2019:
- Karma System - To determine if you're good or bad 8)
- User Warnings - So it isn't a straight up account deletion
- Events and Celebrations - Events that award users for
participating in and celebrations such as an anniversary ;)
- A calender - This will let users keep an eye out for upcoming
events, celebrations and maintenance.
Although this is a small list of features to add, just remember
that we are quite a small forum. We also can't promise you that
all of these will be added because these are just possible ideas
in our heads that will either happen or not happen.
And here is our predictions for 2019:
- Hobbyist will have at least 12+ registered accounts
- Hobbyist will have 5+ administrators
- There will be a new website layout
- 2 new features will be added
The future for Hobbyist is exciting and we can't wait to watch
our community grow and have an ever-evolving website. Comment
what you think will happen in 2019 and what features you think
we could add. The possible features again, not all will probably
be added. If the site starts growing in 2019 then we will start
strengthening the security and investing time to make the site
more secure. See you in 2019! :D

are you ever going to add much better features than those!! like
whats the point of a karma system and your site will never have
12+ users it will only have 5 year olds! >:( ::)

Hey, Hoopla. Please know that we are just a small website and we
cannot add features that are too big at the moment.
The karma system is to determine if a user is kind or rude. The
karma system will also tell our Administrators who to watch.
And about the 12+ users, we didn't mean users that are 12 or
older. We mean that the site is predicted to have 12 or more
users next year. Besides, a 5 year old will never find this site
so I don't have a clue about how that got into your mind.
I also do not like your behaviour so far and your grammar is
horrible along with the use of those exclamation marks. If you
keep this behaviour up then I will delete your account without
further notice and with force. Take care.

5+ administrators is nuts. You don't need any more than an extra
Admin or Mod until you get to around 50 members. That's assuming
a lot of them are active.
Just keep trying to grow the community and content. If you do
some post exchanges you'll get those 12 members in no time!
Also don't even bother reasoning with the haters. Just ban and
move on; they're only here to get at you.

Hmm.. Yes maybe I should lower the fantasy of 5+ Administrators.
I haven't thought about doing post exchanges. I have also sent a
message to Hoopla(The person who you're saying is the hater) and
he has promised me that he'll stop but I have to say that I
kinda trust him but not really at the same time. I have said
that one more bit of nonsense is the last straw for him.

As fantanoice said, just deal with the haters and move on. I
feel like Hoopla should be banned after all of the things he's
said to stop you from running the forum and making you feel like
it isn't worth it.
Hobbyist to me, looks like it will be around for a long time as
long as its managed properly

DanS promised me another chance so he doesn't have the right to
ban me unless I do another bad thing!
but I do also see hobbyist being around for a long time

In fact, I actually have the right to ban you at any moment.
Even when I feel like it. If you haven't done another bad thing
yet and I just feel like banning you then I can do that. You do
not have the right to stop me no matter what.
