       Rules Page

       Hello there everyone. As of writing(28th December 2018), we've
       now added a Rules page to the website.
       You can access the rules page at anytime by looking at the
       menubar and clicking 'Forum Rules'.
       We added this so users can be a lot more aware of what happens
       with their account if they break a rule. Although it won't stop
       people from breaking the rules, it certainly will make people
       more aware.
       If you are new to Hobbyist then we recommend reading it.

       Rules are important for sites like these but why wasn't it there
       when i first joined?

       I hadn't made the page when I first made the forum so after
       saying something about how forums should have rules on
       ForumPromotions.net, I realised that I had to make rules and so
       rules I did.
