       Close Friends: Brian Porter....Stone's relationship with Porter
       is almost that of a popular child making fun of a nerd.
       Although, they often fight with each other, there are several
       instances where it shows how much they care about each other.
       They have a very antagonistic relationship, but most view of it
       as that of brothers.
       Personality:  He takes on the job very seriously, gaining
       Brian's respect (the latter is shown to call him Wayne; a
       rarity).  Stone has a passion for computers and enjoys playing
       games relating to tactical warfare and covert infiltration.  He
       revealed he was a scout, which occupied his time while his
       father was deployed. He even said "I love the outdoors", much to
       the chagrin of the more city-like Porter.
       
       Special Skills:  He is an expert tracker, being able to find a
       cadaver without the assistance of dogs by reading changes in the
       land and observing bird droppings.  He earned a Bachelor of
       Science degree in biomedical engineering from Johns Hopkins
       University and a Master of Science degree in computer forensics
       from MIT.
       
       History:  He spent his childhood in Alameda, California, as his
       father was a naval officer stationed there. His parents bought
       him his first car the day he turned sixteen – a 1984 Camaro Z28
       5-speed. However, he crashed into a bus while trying to figure
       out how to use the windshield wipers. He got a student pass the
       day he got out of traction.
       He enrolled in Everest College and got his AA in Criminal
       Justice and became an Alameda Policeman, where he worked as a
       booking clerk for a year and a half..  He transferred to
       Lancaster P.D. where he was put on the streets immediately.  He
       enrolled in the Internet Biomedical Engineering course from John
       Hopkins University and enrolled in Computer Forensics through
       MIT's online program.  He graduated and received a B.S. Degree
       from John Hopkins and a M.S. Degree from MIT. Wanting to sprout
       his wings and move far enough away from his overly close knit
       family, Wayne applied to several agencies in the Pacific
       Northwest and was finally picked up by the Computer Forensics
       Department of Seacouver Police Department where Evans discovered
       him when the County Sheriff's Department borrowed his department
       for help and Evans recruited him.  He joined Lt. Larry Evans'
       team 1 year ago.
