       Personality: He is promiscuous, has expensive taste in clothing
       and he typically shows teenage-like behavior'.   He is very
       loyal to his co-workers. Brian delights in quoting movies in
       everyday life, often finding parallels between them and current
       situations.  His references are often obscure, and he often
       mimics the original actor when quoting them, such as Sean
       Connery's James Bond.
       
       Special Skills:  He is well known for his constant flirtation
       with nearly every woman he encounters.  Although his immature
       behavior often gets Brian into his share of hot water, he
       demonstrates himself to be an insightful agent when the need
       arises, and on more than one occasion surprises Evans and his
       teammates when an apparently immature action on his part
       actually causes new evidence to be uncovered. He is fairly
       adaptable and practical.
       
       History: Brian is a streetwise, promiscuous former Baltimore
       homicide detective. Originally from a wealthy family, Brian's
       mother died from an intentional overdose of tranquilizers when
       he was 5, he was disowned by his father when he was twelve and
       raised by his Grandmother.  He put himself through college and
       got a degree in Criminalistics and became a Boston Policeman
       and, eventually, Homicide/Narcotics Detective.  When he found
       out his Captain was a dirty cop and had to arrest him he left
       Baltimore and moved to the Pacific Southwest where he became a
       Homicide Detective for Seattle Police Department.  He was
       discovered by Lt. Larry Evans when Seacouver County Detectives
       worked with Seattle P.D. Homicide on a case and Evans recruited
       him.  So he moved to Seacouver 3 years ago and has worked on
       Evans' team ever since.
