I'm not too confident in that seller.. The fact that they aren't
willing to test them to see if they function properly throws up
all kind flags. Besides.. I have quite the small collection
already HahHa... I'll wait for another 380

Most gun stores or pawn shops that except trade ends never test
fire there guns. This gun has the HP lifetime warranty.

But most do at least inspect them. According to the item
description it falls into the category of not even having been
checked out, according to their own rating system. I know the
Hi-Points have the lifetime warranty but if the slide blows back
and goes thru ya skull that's not gonna help ya much Hahhahaa!!!

I wouldn't think that very many gun stores, no matter how large
or small test fire any of their used guns? Most of the big box
gun stores are located in urban areas & would not be legal to
shoot a firearm within the city limits?

Yea I get that.. But if ya read their rating system.. Those fall
into the category of not even being checked out. I for one would
never sell firearm that I didn't know was functional.. It's
like they can't be bothered to even look at it... Just me I
guess lol
