NFL Boycott?

What is this week 6 or 7 of the 2017 NFL Boycott?
I have found myself rather busy these past few weeks.
I also find myself checking the Monday morning news to see if
the players were still kneeling or not, instead of the Sunday
scores. I hear that the TV channels are now NOT broadcasting the
National Anthem. Not sure why they are doing that. Is it to help
out the team owners by misleading the fans or not help out the
kneeling players with their plan on disgracing our flag in their
effort to influence the local police for not enforcing the laws
on young black men? Not sure why this whole mess started anyways
anymore?
I can kind of relate to the young black men in a way. In my
youth I was kind of a long haired scruffy looking hippy type
guy. And I did have a few run in's with the law. And for
awhile, I did not care much for the men n blue. Really what I
didn't like was the red or blue light in my rear view mirror.
You know, honestly though, the police should tell you when they
walk up to your car, "from this point forward, ANYTHING you say
can & will be used against you". Because ALL they are doing is
collecting evidence on which ticket they are going to write you
up on? Like I have told several police officers when being
pulled over "If you have a ticket to write officer, then write
it" and don't talk to me!
But since that time, my opinion has changed some what. I know
there is place in my life for police officers. I think it is to
be as far away from me as possible doing what they get paid to
do! I can remember about 30 years ago, I told my wife that it
would be a GREAT TV show if somebody would film cops while they
were working. You know when they were out back behind the bar
kissing on their girl friend while the cops wife was home with
his kids sleeping. Or the officer blowing through traffic lights
with lights & sirens blaring at a very high rate of speed, just
to see who could get the doughnut store 1st? I do believe that
show is just around the corner, next season maybe? lol But yes,
I still stand for the flag!!!
