4095 Magazine

I have a new 4095 carbine. Less than 200 rounds through it in 2
shooting sessions. Had a couple of double feeds the first
session. No other issues on the second session other than a
failure to hold open on the last round for one magazine in
particular. Only using factory mags. Any tweaks I should do to
the one mag or quit being a cheap ass and buy a new one?

Do you only have 1 magazine? In any combat or defensive
situation, you will need several magazines. I keep a minimum of
3 magazines for each gun I own. If you have a problem with 1 mag
& several others work fine you have a mag issue. If you have
problems with all your mags, you have a gun issue. If you only
have 1 mag, DON'T DO ANYTHING, until you get at least another
magazine. Don't start tearing in to something until you know
where to fix. You could polish your feed ramp all day, but if
your mag is bad, you just wasted your time. If you bend your
magazine feed lip until they break off & it turns out to be an
ejector (common problem), now you just broke a perfectly good
$18.50 magazine, for nothing!
Remember, once you figure out what is wrong with your gun, it
will cost you NOTHING to get your gun repaired. The factory will
send you all the parts you need to repair your gun or ask you to
send it in for FREE repair. Just be a little patient!
