Damn good price, but didn't I hear(years back) that HP wouldn't
honor warranty repairs if installed in an ATI stock? I remember
something also being said they would know if it had been
installed in said stock.

Truth:
1) HP has made it known both verbally & printed, the use of the
ATI stock, would damage the breech & receiver, thus VOIDING
their lifetime warranty
2) I and many many others, in fact NO one I have ever heard of,
has been denied warranty repair for the use of an ATI stock,
UNLESS they sent their gun back to the factory in the said ATI
stock.
So, if you had a problem & put the gun back into it's original
stock before sending back to the factory, you should be OK.
and if HP would refuse to fix my gun, I would accept the fact
that Hi Point Firearms has Blessed me beyond measure & I would
suffer the loss & move on!
