       I own and appreciate a C9. As a handgun instructor, I show it to
       all of my students as an example of a simple, reliable,
       affordable, and well supported gun. Apart from my gun-life, I'm
       an engineer who developed the requirements for software that is
       used in molecular and microbiological testing and an adjunct
       professor of information systems. I have the misfortune of
       living in the People's Republic of Maryland, where stupid gun
       laws are only matched by California, New York, and New Jersey.
