why do you need to know if someone can oocly be trusted if
you're going to stay IC all the time
only admins need this information, and they can check if
someone's trustworthy by their rp level. if they're a boss at rp
and care about rp, why the fuck would they screw around in /b
like HURR DURR FUK U ALL L0L0L0L0L0L0L0L
if levels were to be added, it would probably be visible to
admins only. we dont need levels for players

How will paychecks work though? I mean, I'm not a fan of level
80's getting $6969699696969696969696969696969696^23 every hour,
but I also think players who play this game should be rewarded
for their undying loyalty

more you work = more cash you get
every player gets $150 @ there first paycheck if they dont do
work as a result of welfare
dont do work = dont get cash except interest
vip[0] = 0.01% //player
vip[1] = 0.02% //bronze
vip[2] = 0.03% //silver
vip[3] = 0.04% //gold
for a cop, for exmaple, his paycheck would come from his chief
for a freecop, for exmaple (job), he would get ca$h depending on
how many people he has cuffed/detained that day
for a drug smuggler, however many packages he has smuggled that
day
etc etc
level != cash

That's what I mean, faction leaders will not give training
courses lasting 2 months to become a cadet. You can only depend
on the players level + RP level. Same goes for admins.
Faction leaders + admins would see levels?

me and jack shred actually were gonna change "level" to "ooc
respect" - you got more respect the more you played, only
visible to admins
faction leaders can test rp, they don't need to know how long
someone has played. thats just bs
