It can be taken care off,you just need good admins.
No one other than admins can prevent rulebraking of faction
members.
We just need hard punishments for rulebraking and
abusing(faction perma-ban and long jailtime).

Jason, our commmunity isn't big enough to even consider 'Perma
faction banning' because as I know, Many people have rule-broke
at first and later have earned themselves a great name. And
thinking that there would be 20 people online, and 10 of them
are LEO's other 10 are gangsters. They have a shoot-out and one
of the cops CS's by a mistake, making them perm faction banned
would mean that the cops would take a big lose. And the
'Equality' or Role-play would be unbalanced and people would be
discouraged to Role-play.
But,
Making rules clear, (J)Warning for CS would show to the
administrators that he was Jail Warned for crack shooting which
has happened before. Then administrators may take discussion
weather the player has meant to use an Advantage of an glitch
in-game to take advantage of others in an shootout or he has not
meant to do such. BUT his warning will stay there to be referred
to in other occasions such as him becoming an model for a
helper/administrator.
As we are going to be becoming a Hard RolePlay server with a
great script we may use the advantages of keeping RolePlay
balanced so that we can keep the level of Hard Role-play.

I didn't say it should be applied right away,but we need to have
clear goal if we want to achieve it.
Also,only LSPD should be open first(till we reach playerbase of
25 or something),because there's no need for other factions at
the start,they wouldn't have anything to do.Ballance 'one LEO-
one gangster' can't be applied at the start either,but at least
LEO positions should be limited.
We can't become Hard RP server right away,we need to start as
medium RP,to get more players.We'd get even more players if we
started as soft RP,but then it would take like two years to
become hard RP,and there would still be a possibility that the
server will stop at medium RP(or even worse,we could stay a soft
RP server).
At start the rules should be less strict(like get 3 warnings and
you get an infraction or something),and those thiings stay
recorded.Remember to make those things erasable,in case of
accident or deliberate mistake.

You think you don't get enough players when it comes to high rp,
but the problem with some of them 'high rp' servers is that they
allow noobs to join, which means the real roleplayers won't
stick around.
We could make a fine high rp server if we'd have great features.
Anyway, I don't like the 'low, medium, high rp' shit, I'm more
interested in the unique, fun and special roleplay :D

Agreed.However,there aren't that many 'high rp'ers' running
around samp,most of them play on another server where they have
some friends('internet buddies').We can have the best script,but
it would take more time to get a decent playerbase as a hard rp
server.
Only high RP server can have 'unique,fun and special roleplay'.
