Being power-hungry is kinda a thing you get when you are bored.
But the good thing about Power-hungry people is that they have
an Point(Achievement) which they want to reach at all cost.
Sometimes this is good sometimes bad...

When people say someone is 'power-hungry',that usualy means they
say he's trying to get more power to do what he wants so no one
can sanction him.

It's never good.People who are 'power-hungry' want a lot of
'power' so they can do what they want,doesn't matter if it
brakes the 'rules'.They don't want more 'power' so they can help
others,it's pure logic.
