       Motorcycle HID questions

       I own a 2011 Aprilia Shiver. Ive been through 4 different kits
       in the the past 18 months. All were 35W 10k. All had flickering
       problems but worked good. Just got a kit from DDM (3 week
       shipping from China BTW). Tore my front end off and installed.
       Tested and they worked PERFECTLY!!!! I was amazed. So excited.
       Then put the bike back together and tested them again. This time
       the bulb flashes once and dies. Its not the initial light up
       then warm up. It looks like a full power flash and then dies.
       Same result as I tried 3 more times. Also this same kit is used
       on the same model and year bikes as mine with no issues or
       relays used. Thats why I bought it actually because people with
       the same bike have had no issues and didnt need to install any
       relays. Any Ideas? Thanks guys!
