       H7R HID Kit or 65W Osram Rally H7

       I know there is probably plenty of threads on this topic but
       myself and a friend have been having a debate for a while now
       and I want to put it to bed.
       He claims that a H7R HID kit in a reflector housing will give
       off more and better light than a 65W Osram H7 Rally bulb, but I
       disagree.
       Although to look head on at the car the HID kit will appear
       brighter (because of more glare) but I believe that in a
       reflector housing the 65W H7 would work better as it is the
       proper size and focal point for the headlamp thus giving better
       light distribution and beam pattern.
       Am i right in what I am thinking?
