       Scanning in documents without a Maxis Case # (Asset/Asset
       Assement Related Docs)

       Mostly used for Long Term Care Cases we have a generic/dummy
       Case file # for each County to use when scanning in Asset/Asset
       Assessment related documents that do not have a corresponding
       Maxis Case Number.
       These 10  digit generic Case Numbers are as follows:
       The list is as follows:
       1111111111 - Aitkin Co.
       2222222222 - Lake Co.
       3333333333 - Cook Co.
       4444444444 - Koochiching Co.
       5555555555 – Itasca Co.
       6666666666 – n/a
       7777777777 - Carlton Co.
       8888998888 - St. Louis Co. (South)
       9999999999 - St. Louis Co. (North)

       Rememeber these documents do not have a Maxis Case Number (some
       will never) so when your users are scanning these documents in,
       it is imparitive that they include all other indexing
       information before submitting the document to OnBase.
       Required Indexing information:
       Maxis Case Number (generic if no maxis case exists
       First Name
       Last Name
       SSn
       DOB
       Maxis ID (Case Bank ID)
       Supervisor Name
       By including all of the above when submitting documents to
       OnBase:
       - These docs will not be caught up in Missing Information
       - If need be workers can find them later on (of a maxis case is
       opened) by using Doc Retrival or Custom Queries and searching on
       thier Generic Case # and SSN.
       - at which point the worker can re-index them to the Maxis
       case #
