Hi all, this is my first post and I'm really excited to get
started. I joined because I like attaining my goals with others.
Also, I'm fed up to teeth with dieting and struggling with my
eating. I need a fresh start and a new focus. I'm looking
forward to get healthier than I am now, lose a little weight,
stay on my feet more during the day, and sleep better :) Clare

This is a great site, and great way to connect. It's good to put
the diet aside, and look at the bigger picture. Here goes...

       Hi from South Africa.
I've just signed up on the on-line programme and am having a
       look around.
I'm really hopeful that this is the start of new things for me.
I'm so fed up with either being on diet or cheating on my diet!
Time to get off the rollercoaster I think.
Best of luck to us all!

       Hi everyone,
I think I've been hiding from this for a while. I've struggled
with weight for a long time. But part of me really knows that
it's not another diet that I need. I really need to figure out
my relationship with food. I'm at a point in my life where I've
a bit more time free for me. And I know now that the longer I
leave this, the harder it will be. So I'm ready to look within.
Just started the online program, and it's starting to make
sense. It good to be here! J

I didn't realise how alone I felt with my eating and weight
difficulties until I started the programme online. I just don't
feel so alone anymore. It can so isolating struggling with
weight and eating. I'm just doing one step at a time.

       Hi,
I'm delighted to be starting this programme. I've know for a
while that I need to understand why I eat and what's driving my
eating. I tried so many diets, with all the same results. I eat
when I'm stressed and tired, and it's good to start to face up
       to it all!

       Hi
Just signed up to the online programme and like many of you, I
am trying this out because I am beyond sick of dieting. Already
I feel less panicked! I decided not to weigh myself and not to
follow a food plan. I know whats high fat and high calorie. I
can stick rigidly to a diet for more than a year and then
gradually over two years gain all that I lost back again. I want
to learn to be like people who don't have food hangups. At this
stage it doesn't matter to me if I loose weight I just want to
stop overeating and overthinking about food!
A lot of these posts are from May 2014. I would love to hear how
people are getting on now. Not even how much weight you have
lost, but, how you have changed???
       Cheers  ::)
