. Learning to tolerate hunger is crucial to managing one’s
weight. Can you allow yourself feel empty? Do you feel you have
to be full? Bring curiosity to your hunger. Do not eat at your
usual times, and wait to feel hungry. For example, in the
mornings, why not wait a little while, and watch how you feel-
Are you waiting to feel hungry? Do you want to feel hungry? You
do not have to eat as soon as you feel hungry

I haven't felt hungry in a lonng time! I guess I've been so
focused on diets and what to eat/what not to eat, that I kinda
forgot about feeling hungry! Seem a bit crazy. I'm going to do
as suggested in the online video and wait to eat until I'm
       hungry. This'll be interesting J

It can take time to get in touch with your hunger and fullness
signals, especially if you have been in a habit of not letting
yourself feel hungry. When you are eating a lunch or meal and
eat slowly, it is easier to gauge feelings of fullness. During
your meal, check in with yourself, to see how full or empty your
stomach is. Be aware and be curious. Notice how it feel to stop
eating when satisfied or almost full. If a part of you wants to
eat more, why is this? If you want a second helping, ask
yourself why. Is it hunger or habit?

I've started waiting til I'm hungry before I start eating. Only
a few days into it, but I can't believe how little food I really
need! I'm not even hungry that often. I remind myself that my
fist is the approx size of my stomach, and I'm way more in tune
       with stomach hunger.

Been letting myself feel hungry this week. I noticed a book in
shop with a title like "Never Feel Hungry Diet". Something like
that! Just thinking how daft it seems now. There's actually
nothing wrong with feeling hungry. It's just amazing how I had
never felt hunger in literally years!
