       Any tips for new players
By: lookchard Date: September 17, 2014, 1:53 pm
       ---------------------------------------------------------
I've been searching through the wiki page and the forum but I
can't seem to find a comprehensive guide for new players. I just
started playing yesterday and I'm at level 18. Can someone share
some insight on how to get better cards in this game? Also, I
saw some other threads on daily areas and event areas, what
       exactly are those?
       Much thanks!

There are several decks that you need to compete for
       tournaments:
       Robot deck
       Monster deck
       Human deck
Giant deck (using giant cards only)
       "4* and under" deck
       No limits deck
Your first deck should be Giant deck as you will get most of
those just playing the storyline. Those cards will also be your
first "4* and under" deck as well as your first Race (Robot,
Monster or Human) deck if you focus on choosing only 1 race.
Just keep upgrading as you go along.
Depends on whether you are a paying player or not. If you are a
paying player I recommend buying cards only at the very
beginning (before your decks are finalized). There are card
machine that you can pay for, but I would almost never recommend
       doing that. They rotate:
Imperial machine: more expensive, but mostly 5-6*... If you
don't have much of any decks, this is what I would go for... and
then fill in gaps as you play the game. Once you have decks
semi-formed, you'll be paying a lot for a small hope to get a
       card that you can use.
Every 4 weeks or so, there will be an AP event that can get you
a 5* of your choosing race. If it happens to be a Force event,
you can farm Event tokens and eventually get all 5* cards for
       each race.
The daily areas are great for getting cards that raise the skill
level of cards you already have. I have a thread that tells you
       where those are located.
Save your skill eggs. Only use them on your good deck once it's
finalized. Most good cards have easy to farm skills and hard to
farm skills. Get the easy skills to lvl 20 and then use the
skill eggs to get the other ones up.
Mon, Wed, Fri, & Sun have an experience egg zone in the daily
area. 1 hour in the morning and 1 hr in the evening. Run it over
and over and over to level up your cards. Every time you finish
the zone you get a Special token. Use those tokens to get more
       good cards.
For a long time, try not to use any resources on tournaments.
Just play what naturally replenishes on your timer and reap the
       rewards.
Also, read some of the older threads I posted.

       Thank you! That's very helpful.
I've been collecting the giant cards (human race) and so far I'm
doing okay. I was just curious about the progression of the game
since I don't think you can trade cards/resources. So in
essence, you can either wait for natural regen or purchase
       potions with money?
Also, would you happen to know the specific time of the egg zone
you mentioned? I'm doing the daily area and I only see a hard
one and an easy one. And also, when is the next AP event?

You can wait for regen, but as you get more cards in your
Gallery (every new card counts as one entry) you'll start to get
items that permanently reduces the regen by 10 seconds (ex. 180
sec --> 170 sec and so on).
Potions are obtainable not only through buying, but through
arenas, areas, login stamps, tomes, tournaments, events, and
card machines. Hero Coin is also given out fairly often (the
current login stamps give Hero Coin and potions)
Once you've settled with your deck, try building up the skills
that the daily areas cover (as seen in StNick's thread
       here:

       />)
The egg zone's time slots are from 8:00 AM PST (11:00 AM EST)
and 8:00 PM PST (11:00 PM EST)

       Thanks!
Can I ask you guys some more questions about my band? Right now
       I'm using:
Sarah, Jewel Dancer (the human attack giant card)
Claude, The diviner (the human speed giant card)
Aisha, Forest Keeper (the human hp giant card)
Altair, Legendary hero (the human starting card)
Musashi, Twin blade demon (random 3* card)
The other notable cards I have are:
       Lux, Fire Dancer (4*H)
       Cosmos, Flower Trio (4*H)
       Supporter Angeloid (4*R)
       Ray, Blue Thunder Warrior (3*H)
       Owen, Great Holy seer (3*H)
       Range, Orange Musketeer (3*H)
       Welt, Green Musketeer (3*H)
       Red wing (3*R)
       Full metal bison (3*M)
       Great wing snake dragon (3*M)
       Unicorn (3*M)
       Phantom knight (3*M)
Any general directions as to which cards I should level and
keep? I feel like I'm going to end up using 4 of the storyline
giant cards but I see most other players in my same level have
       much better cards... Any ideas?

Lux and Ray will be great to use in your attack deck since they
will give added boost to aura and speed respectively during
       attack.
Unicorn has the ability to increase the attacking power of the
rear guard behind it. So if you can get a good attacking rear
guard, you can position the unicorn in front of it in order to
further amplify the damage it deals.
I see that you have a lot of cards that are parts of evolving
sets (cosmos, angeloid, owen, the musketeers, phantom knight).
don't level them yet, but definitely don't throw them away. Wait
until you get their evolution partners so you can evolve them,
       then level-up.
flower trio - you need to get 2 more (rose and lily) to complete
the flower princess card (powerful 5* card for your frontline)
angeloid - you need to get 2 more (attack and healer) to
complete the angeloid card (robot counterpart of flower
       princess)
owen - you need to get roberto imperial knight to evolve to
lorenzo (4* card with high HP, and with luring + blocking
       skills)
phantom knight - you need to get ghost horse to evolve to
       dullahan (monster counterpart of lorenzo)
musketeers - you need to get veo to complete the musketeer card
(4* giant card with spirit and multi-range for rear guard)
And as to where to get cards and improve your deck, just refer
to StNick2261 and Drewflute's earlier replies. You'd get far in
this game by following what they wrote.
       Good luck!
