Clock Change starting in Round-3:
Starting in round 3, we will start using a 6 hour clock;
Clock excludes the hours of 12 AM to 6 AM EST;
As an example if player "A" picks at 10 AM, player "B"'s clock
would run until 4 PM the same day. If player "A" picks at 10 PM
player, "B" would have 2 hours of his clock (10 PM to 12 AM),
then the six hour pause, then 4 hours the next morning (6 AM to
10 AM) for the total of six hours.
