       2020 HEMAN Draft

       Notes:
       - The 2020 Heman draft will start on Monday, 3 AUG 2020 at 12 PM
       (EST).
       - Riversider (River) will function as the league commissioner
       - We'll stick to the normal serpentine draft format
       - An owner with back to back picks at the top or bottom of a
       round needs to make both picks in the allotted time (No double
       clock for each).
       - If an owner fails to make a pick before his clock expires, the
       next owner's clock starts. The next owner, and any successive
       owners, can make their picks as the come on the clock and the
       "passed" owner can make his pick whenever he wants.
       - Due to time constraints, only the 1st round will have the
       normal 24 hour clock. Rounds 2 through 6 will have a 12 hour
       clock, and rounds 7 through 12 will have a six hour clock.
       - In the interests of conserving time, please make your
       selection as quickly as you can once you've decided on your
       selection (Please don't wait until the end of your clock just
       because you can)
       - River will be coming out with the draft order over the next
       couple of days and he'll post it in here.
       - I'll be setting up the various draft threads this weekend and
       helping River out with the admin stuff.
       - Please post comments whenever possible in the 2020 HEMAN
       comments thread vice the draft thread
