HemanFFL 2019 - Biggest Steals

This is a current snapshot of picks that can be considered a
steal or a pick that, based on rank, should have been picked at
least 12 picks earlier.
This should fluctuate between now and week 1 when player
rankings are more stable.
NOTE: The rankings in this screenshot are based on the ADP of
145 Yahoo Mock drafts. The last of those was done on July 16,
2019. Obviously between then and now there have been
fluctuations in rankings. Sometimes even drastic ones. [e.g.
Tyreek Hill]. Also various FFL sources use drastically different
mock drafts and rankings. As a result this should only be
considered a snapshot
