Meow of course had her eyes closed, as she was bouncing, and she
was bobbing her head back and forth opposite of her tail as she
mewed and meowed, so has she bounced up, she got a head butt
right where her golden charm was, making her fall back, and most
likely roll into Growlie, she looked pretty dazed, as she would
probably roll on her back, and start to twitch her paws.
Roxy nodded in agreement with Kit, "Yeah... Theres lots of stuff
to do if you look in the right places.." she rose a brow, "And
new pokemon eh? What kind of people is he looking for?... Me and
Meow here have been looking to maybe go out soon, and adventure
a bit... I'd be willing to do it if it meant i could run around
and explore.." she glanced up toward El, some what curiously.

Growlie would have been watching, always careful around smaller
pokemon. It was just a natural thing for this hound, loyal and
loving, very protective. In well timed practice, he jerks back
just in time to avoid getting rolled into by Meow. Though he
swiftly moves over to lightly nudge the slightly smaller cat
with his nose, tilting his head to peer to Meow and then to
Shinx.
"Pokemon and Pokedexes? Now that sounds like something right up
my ally. Never really planned to stay here all that long
anyhow." She mutters softly, offering a faint smile towards Roxy
and Kit. "Not that there is anything wrong with New Barktown or
anything! I just... a lot of places I want to see in the world,
all the pokemon I want to meet." She mumbles.

Kit would raise an eyebrow, "When'd I say new pokemon? I said a
few extra pokemon." He gives a shrug, "Either way, yeah, if you
two would like, stop by the lab tomorrow, I'll talk to Elm and
see about it perhaps." He now peers down at the pokemon, his
Shinx nearly rolling on the ground as it had made the Meowth
fall over. He smirks, shaking his head, "Cmon Yusa, let's head
back for the night." Yes, the sun had already set, the town
seemed to be winding down as the night had begun to set in. The
kids were told to go inside as the rest of the families followed
shortly after.
The Shinx bounces to her feet, letting off a few playful sparks
from her tail before bouncing her way over to Kit. She peers up
to the two before bounding back toward the house at the end of
the road. Kit gives a flick of his hat as he nods his head, "you
two have a good night." He mutters as he turns around, this time
to walk back to his house.

Meow would roll around, and get to her feet with a 'mew'ish
sound, her tail bobbing a bit, before she looked up toward her
partner. Roxy nodded toward the boy, and gave a wave of her
hand, "See you later! and you to." she then looked to El, "Well.
Guess i'll see you sometime tomorrow... Until then i gotta go..
My mom's probably waiting to give me dinner..." she smiled, and
then turned on her heels with a wave, "Later." she murmured. her
meowth right on her heels!

El lets out a soft sigh, nodding lightly towards them. "Alright,
yeah. Have a good night you two." She calls swiftly swerving
around as she goes to move inside to her new home. Growlie barks
softly and swiftly starts to follow after El as she enters the
home, letting out a faint, tired laugh.

As everyone went home and the night grew on the town would
settle, it was bed time for everyone and it was apparent by the
quietness in the town. The noctowls were out, hooting in the
moonlight. Barks and howls could be heard from up the path.
A truck could be heard pulling into the town as it got later. A
door slams, it would be early morning, hardly anyone waking.
Quiet settles once more for around an hour before a large
explosion rings through the town, bits of the laboratory rain
through the town. Fire crackles as what was left is still lit.
Pitter-patter of footsteps as the boy bolts out his door, barely
dressed as he's wearing a T-shirt and trying to pull on some
pants quickly, wearing slip-on sandals and his hat pulled
hastily over his bed-ridden hair. A few people rush out the
doors, rushing to grab buckets of water from the lake, as a
small town, they didn't have a regular fire department.

Roxy wasn't even undressed, infact she was past out on her desk
in her upstairs room, it was right next to the window, and even
though she was asleep, her meowth was peering outside as it
usually did... Then suddenly the explosion arose, and Meow let
out a ragged yip! jumping in the air right off the window seal,
Roxy woke with a jolt, and stumbled right out of her chair, only
to trip over it.. She crawled to the window, and gripped up on
the seal, pulling herself so she would peer outside, blinking a
few times, she saw the smoke from the lab. "Shh--" she murmured,
pushing herself up, and snapped her window open, her meowth
jumped up and grabbed onto her jacket tails, and she went.
She slid down a latter she had that led up to her window, and
set to the ground, Meow hopped off, though she was ready to
follow.. Roxy's father stepped out the door, and shouted at his
daughter as she ran off with her meowth into the town. It
wouldn't take long and she'd be at the sight of the happening.

El had been sleeping soundly on the floor in the living-room,
snuggled up in a far corner with a pillow, but this wonderful
sleep did not last long as Growlie nosed at her face to wake her
up, barking and growling. It did not take her long to get up,
swiftly following her dear friend outside. It did not take long
for her to catch sight of what was going on, the lab. She
watched people bringing water from the lake over to it. Of all
the times a water pokemon would have been an insanely great
help, she mused before swiftly jolting off to try and help. She
was still clothed in her wears from the day prior, obviously
having fallen asleep a few short moments after getting inside.
Growlie was right on her heels, seeming rather eager to help if
he could.

Kit would be at the scene before either of them showed up,
peering up at the burning building, thankfully most of the aides
had been at home, though the professor was sitting outside
covered in a blanket. His face smeared with dirt he was hunched
over in a coughing fit. The boy shook his head, trying to get
the sleep from his eyes as he nodded to the two who had raced up
behind him.
"Good, the professor's okay, but it looks like the lab was
attacked by terrorists." He managed to say in a half yawn. The
proffessor pipes up, "Please...they took the pokemon, someone's
got to go after them..." He mutters weakly, Kit nods in
agreement, "Look, I don't know about you two, but I'm going,
they set off explosives inside and well, everything's trashed."
The professor hands him a bag which he grabs, removing a few
pokegears from the bag and a few pokeballs. He also removes a
few broken pokedexes. The professor lets out a cough, "Kit told
me you two were interested in adventuring as trainers, I was
preparing these but they were a bit damaged in the blast." He
smiles, "If you three go, take these. Kit's been cooped up
enough as it is, the only way his parents will let him go is on
a retrieval, so I figure it's about time he started his
adventure as well." Kit snorts, shaking his head, "Was planning
on leaving anyway."
The professor laughs, "Yes, but this way you have an excuse."
Kit sighs before pocketing a broken pokedex, and attaching his
pokegear to his belt. he peers down to Shinx before looking up
at the two, "So, what'd you say? Get out, explore a bit, find
those people who stole the pokemon?"

Roxy blinked, as she stepped up to see the fire, and looked
toward Kit, and then to the professor. "I'd be willing.." she
glanced back to her meowth, who 'meowed' in agreement, her tail
bobbing. "Seems my meowth agrees.." she looked over toward El,
and then to Kit once more. Before reaching up to adjust her head
bandana.
