Tenish, without another word, slides back into the chair before
leaning forward, immediately picking up the middle-right pawn
and moving it forward two spaces. He peers up, tilting his head
a bit before crossing his arms. He's not wasting any time.

Bear just stands there, holding onto Zaxus, watching intently.

McDashing reached forward, "Curious.. So where are you three
fine companioned people headed? not many honest folks come
through these parts..." he chuckled, as he reached forward to
sort of match Tenish's move, placing his pone directly infront
of hisown. He then glanced up, seeing the dancers on stage, as
they danced around, and jiggled their goodies, for all the males
to oggle. This seemed to make the man only more amused, as he
watched stupid men all but give their left boot to see one of
these fine ladies nude.
Zaxus sighed, glancing to Bear, and then up to Tenish, where she
seemed to stare a moment, before glancing to the chess board.

Tenish's eyes didn't leave the board and as soon as the man's
hand left his piece he was all too willing to respond with
another pawn coming up, to the right of the original one though
he places the piece down only one square forward. He shakes his
head, "There is no destination, even if we knew of one, it's not
wise to divulge such information to strangers." His violet eyes
flick up at the man, giving him his usual emotionless gaze,
before returning to the board, taking his hand off his piece.

Bear would have released Zaxus by now, her arms loosely crossed
over her chest as she gazes around the bar now, choosing to put
her focus elsewhere. She eyed the half-naked women with a slight
bit of disgust in her gaze, then her eyes trail along to look at
all of the drunken men. A few were passed out on the floor
already, several still chucking down their drinks. Many more
though were more interested in watching all of the women dance
and the such about... Bear just shakes her head, snorting a bit.
But, despite how she was showing some dislike for what all was
going on here, Bear was actually taking all of this in as a
lesson with the newer generation of humans, at least this kind.
She knew better than to judge right off the bat, not -all-
humans were like these slobs and ****s. At least she hopped! And
slowly... her purple and pink-eyed gaze moves back to the chess
table, watching their moves rather intently as she tries her
best to block out the rest of the horrendous monstrosity going
on behind her. At least games were something she could
understand.

The elven captain sighed, and leaned back in his chair a second
or two, before reaching for the pawn at the very far left end of
the chess table, moving it one pace forward, "I see.. Drifters
eh? I see alot of that these days.. It's how i started out
actually! now look at me, im a captain, a bard, i have a loyal
crew! And whats more i have gold.. the only things im missing in
life, is a good woman to settle down with, and the many things i
could give that lady.." he pulled his hand away from the board,
and tapped his fingers together as he leaned back in the chair,
"But we're both young lads aren't we!? Plenty of time for
women.. Speaking of.." he leaned up a bit, "I have to ask.." he
whispered, "So.. I get they are your friends.. But what man
travels with two women, and uh, hasn't claimed at least one.."
he leaned back a gestured up a halt with his hands, "Not to say
you haven't! if you have, uh.. pardon me.. But.. A man gets
curious of things like this, you know?"
Zaxus snorted, and turned to look else where in the tavern, as
she casually rolled her shoulders and neck, to give them a
stretch and a pop. "Mm.. So Bear.. Is there anywhere you want to
go? Through the whole time we've traveled, you've never asked to
go anywhere.."

Tenish would remain quiet, hand snapping out for the third pawn
from his left and placing it forward one space. He would mutter
in a low voice, violet eyes narrowing at the man. "That does not
concern you. Especially considering your obvious views over the
opposite gender." He lets a sneer slip, only for a moment but
it's clear that he is not enjoying this person one bit. "And for
one so interested in women it would seem they do not reciprocate
the feeling."

Bear lightly shakes her head, looking towards Zaxus. "Nope,
there is not a place I could possibly think that I would want to
go." She mutters softly, slowly turning her gaze back to towards
the game. "But there will be a place we will have to go
someday-..." The rest of her words are mumbled and not able to
be understood with all of the sound going on and about, but it
does not matter, it appears she is seriously watching their
chess game.

The man blinked, and let out a gasp, "Now that just hurts.."
McDashing huffed, and reached for another pawn, this one two
spaces to his right, he moved it out one space, and sighed.
"It's true, im a dog when it comes to women! Truth is i will
probably die long before im ready for a wife, so.. eh.." he
offered a shrug, leaning back from the board. His blue eyes
peering at Tenish a bit, before his eyes drifted to the two
women who acompanied him.
Zaxus blinked, shifting back to look at Bear, "... Somewhere we
have to go? Where is that Bear, and why?" she tilted her head,
raising an ebony brow in question.
Aura would be sitting at Zaxus' feet, having followed the group
in under their feet, she would be panting a bit, her white coat
looking a bit mangy actually, her blue eyes shifting around, and
looking at all the different people.

After about fifteen minutes of playing Tenish would lean back in
his chair, arms crossed, staring at the 'pirate' with a serious
gaze. He had left him with precious few pieces left, and was
waiting for the oh so humble pirate to make his next move. His
head tilts a bit, curious as to how the pirate would handle
himself.
