The New Chapter of Life.

Five years, it's been five years since all of that happened..
And well, these two have done well for themselves.
Sheska would be floating about, over a road, her wings seemed to
have grown even bigger somehow, and have became more glorious,
going from white at their tips, to a rich gray at the centers,
her hair was even longer, those rich gold locks flowing free,
she was humming, and zipping in circles, she was wearing a white
tunic, with a leather harness, and cloth pants, her boots ran up
to her thighs in leather, she had a bow and a quiver of arrows
on her back, all tied in so they wouldn't come off when flying,
a dagger was on her side as well, and she dawned a headband.

Dralyk would be running around underneath her, peering up
curiously. He had been tired of flying a bit. They had spent the
last few years flying around and he wanted to see things from
the ground's perspective again. So there he was, running around
in his fox forms, eight tails wagging around as he yipped at
every passing small creature. At least he had learned how to
have fun again, in between the jobs they had been taking lately.

Sheska sighed, she was getting tired, and it was getting to be
night, and she couldn't see as well, she floated back down, and
landed, with a grumble, "Mmm.." she hummed, and stretched. Her
wings flexing, her skin was a warmed color, freckles littered
her soft cheeks, but she looked as fetching as ever, she had
turned into quite the pretty young lady.

Dralyk would bolt up to her, shifting into his humanoid form
mid-stride. It was apparent he had bulked up a bit, and in fact
was wearing a long leather coat, covering a white shirt with a
leather harness strapped over it, that was burdened with many
pouches. his pants were loose, obviously so he could run in
them, and on his face he wore a mask, one shaped like that of a
fox's head, white with red paint adorning it. He would push it
up on his head, the ceramic face-guard pushing his ears down.
His hair had only gotten shaggier, and in fact, anytime someone
tried to cut it he would refuse, though, it still only reached
to the base of his neck. It obviously didn't grow as fast as
perhaps he shed... His white wings would stretch out, the scars
visible as gaps between feathers, but it was apparent they've
had a lot of use. He would give her that same stupid grin, "Time
for a rest you think?"

Sheska turned, looking at Dralyk, he had grown, just as she
did... She was only eightteen when they started, now look at
her! look at them.. She smiled, and chuckled, "Yeah, it's about
time.." she too had a white mask, but it was hung on her belt
for the time being, she had gained muscle, mainly upper body
strength, she had become quite the good shot, an archer if one
would call her. She turned to him, and offered a sweet gaze,
"You know... I never thought it would be like this..."

Dralyk blinks, tilting his head a bit. He would peer at her,
eyebrow raised as his amber eyes studied her for a minute.
"What'd you mean by that?"

Sheska chuckled, "I mean this! You and me! how we are now, we're
great adventurers! slayers... We'll probably go down in
history!" she smiled warmly, "I can't believe it has been so
long..." she looked to him, a blush playing on her cheeks, "And
i can't believe, we're still together like this!" she said this
happily, but it also had a bit of bitter bite to it... Hrm..

Dralyk would chuckle, rubbing the back of his head, "Well...I
can't just leave you alone...I told you many times. I'd rather
not. And hey...we're not that big...though I have to say, good
idea on the mask, it really...I dunno, I like it." He would
chuckle, "Oh by the titans...I think we've become something like
out of those old human picture books." He completely misses the
bitterness, he's too good-natured for that, and really, he just
has enjoyed spending the last five years around her, even if
they never got a chance to settle down.

She smiled once more, nodding to him, "Mmhm! I bet we have...
Legends! heh..." she had enjoyed their five years together as
well, she enjoyed seeing him everyday, and every night, it
brought a peace of mind to her, she could not describe. "Well...
We should set up camp hmm?" she looked around, sighing a bit, a
smile still resting on her face.

The kitsune blinks. tilting his head, "Legends? No... I doubt
that." He woul always be very modest, he never could actually
help it much. He nods to her as he slides the pack from his
back, pulling things from it, namely a few bedrolls, and some
tinder for a fire.
