Derius nods lightly. "Good, good. Never hurts to be worried a
bit sometimes. They still are kids after all... and he is a
young man. They can be pretty wild sometimes with those hormones
and whatnot." He mutters, taking another content sip from his
tea.
Alvar is just off reading his book, now floating upside down in
the air, flipping another page.
Taru slowly hobbles inside, careful not to knock anything over.
She was always very careful about that, she had to be. She didnt
want to make more of a mess for Nina or anyone else, it was
really bad when Derius even pitched in to help pick up something
she had knocked over. It was so annoying sometimes being so
large and without hands, it really was. She was almost envious
of how everyone else could do things she couldn't in the
weirdest way, too. With a small huff, the ice still chilling her
burned collarbone/chest, she plops down at the far end of the
table, peering at everyone curiously.

Marci sat in the tree, yawning lazily a bit, as she watched the
people below, her eyes following Ventus as she watched him walk
off to nearby trees. She then looked to Alvar, who was floating
upside down not to far away...
Nina sighed, filling a bowl of beef and veggy stew, she stands
up, putting a wood spoon in the bowl first, as she walked over
to Alvar, looking up to him. "Lord Alvar... Would you like to
try some of my stew? It's hand made.."

Ventus would come walking back after a few moments, apple being
held in his teeth, as he straightened his pants. He would reach
up, grabbing the fruit and taking another bite from it before as
Nina turned her back snatching a bowl and spoon, filling it with
stew, snatching one of the fish from the spit, laying it on top
before hurrying off to eat. His food.
Kei just shifts a bit,, taking another bite from her fish. In
her awkwardness of having someone come up and sit with her she
doesn't realize she actually took a fairly large bite from the
meat, causing her to break off a small rib...and begin to choke
on it.
Eilik takes another sip, "Mhmm, just glad that kid's clearly not
afraid of his own shadow anymore."

Derius nods, laughing a bit. "It is a good thing, you don't
survive long if you are." He mutters.
Alvar just continues to float upside down, waving a finger at
Ventus. "I hope you choke on that." Alvar was clearly joking, a
faint smile across his lips. He turns his head a bit to peer at
Nina, finally looking from his book. "Nina, I would adore some
of your delicious smelling stew."

Nina chuckles, and offers a sweet blush, "Well you can't eat it
up side down, so come down here, and i'll give it to you." she
smiled, offering the bowl up.
Xon blinks, looking to Kei finally, ohshi- He reached over
giving her a heavy pat on the back at first, hoping to dislodge
the bone!

Kei would continue to choke, in fact the pat only lodging the
bone further into her windpipe. She flails, and well, if xon
didn't catch her, she'd likely fall face-first in front of the
cabin with a loud thump.
Ventus huffs at Alvar as he passes, wandering over to a tree
nearby before sitting at its base. He picks the meat from the
fish, dropping it into the stew before tossing the inedible
parts off to the side. Stirring the stew a bit he would finally
dig in.

Alvar smiles softly, slowly floating down and right-side up
finally, stuffing the book into his large front pocket as he
grabs the bowl. Just for Nina, he even actually lands all the
way on the ground! Man. When it comes to Nina, Alvar is just
derpy all over.

Nina smiled to him, letting him take the bowl, when it came to
Alvar, it was a bit awkward, and shy for her, he did like her
after all. And though she turned him down alot, she was fond of
him. "So.. I saw you yelling at the kids earlier... Was kind of
scary.."
Xon blinks, reaching out, he caught her, and wrapped his arms
around her, trying to give her the heimlich, his expression was
that of panic, as he tried to do this without hurting her, and
without letting her pass the fuck out from choking!
Talia would sit up in her rocking chair, as it rocked forward,
"No Eilik, not there..." she grumbled, her cheeks red, before
she well.. fell right out of the chair, and went face first in
the ground.. Damn she was tired...

Kei eventually would cough, the bone flying from her mouth ans
likely smacking Alvar in the back of his head. Ew, slimy fish
bones. She coughs a bit, managing to nod a thank you to Xon.
Eilik blinks, raising both eyebrows before in the next instand a
shroud of darkness and he and Talia would be gone. YEAH SHES
GOING TO BED RIGHT NOW BEFORE SHE BLURTS OUT SOMETHING WORSE.

Alvar chuckles softly, nodding at her as he promptly makes his
stew -vanish-. "I was... I did not mean to, really. I just worry
for them, especially still being so young and just running off
into places like that temple with the bottom feeders. Its..." He
lets out a soft sigh, trying to stop himself from sounding like
a serious mother hen. "I just don't want them to get seriously
hurt. I mean, Taru would have been engulfed in fire likely had I
not shown up, her chest is burned pretty badly burnt but she is
just trying to shake it off like its nothing." He mutters,
gazing blankly into his now empty bowl. Old vampire problems.
Ff.
Derius blinks a bit, letting out a bit of a laugh as he hears
Talia's words, watching Eilik vanish as well. He merely laughs a
bit, the imp covering its fanged mouth in a giggle.
Inside, Taru would be rolled onto her back, snoring softly. It
would appear she just wanted somewhere cozy to be, inside, with
walls to have her back to, to surround her. The thin bit of ice
that had been over her burns would have already melted away, but
likely the burns still hurt and stung quite badly. But the ice
had been enough of a relief for her to at least fall asleep
before it melted, no one wants a sleep deprived Taru, ever.
