Taru would groggily make her way outside, eying Marci and her
book. The large bear tilts her head a bit, moving over to the
young woman, a soft rumbling sound escaping her. Story timr?
Story time! Taru wants story time. She even plops herself down
right beside her, ears perked up in expectations. The large
bears collar-bone would still be quite toasted, but already
starting to look better! Taru was a quick healer, at an abnormal
rate. Small cuts took a few minutes to heal on their own, larger
wounds like this burn took a day or so. She never questioned itm
she liked healing so fast! Just meant she could be back up there
and ready to play guard all over again.

Marci chuckled, she was about to disappear in the top of the
tree, before she noticed Taru, looking up to her as if she was
wanting something.. She sighed, and hopped right back down,
landing next to the bear, "What is it Taru?" she glanced to
Ventus, and huffed, before looking to her book, "Hey Taru, want
me to read to you some?" she offered the bear up the book for
her to look at, "I saw a few pages in here, about a big female
bear just like you. Only she could control nature! so wanna
learn more about it?"
Talia blinks, looking up, as she set the semi empty bowl down
once more, "Eilik, come down here." she murmured, and gave a
wave toward the tree.

Eilik would hop down from the tree, walking over to Talia,
raising the guitar so it didn't hit the ground before it
disappeared away into a cloud of shadows. "Hrm?"
Ventus would stick his tongue out at Marci as she huffed. It
wasn't his fault she got mad at him for merely saying he wasn't
that interested.

Taru nods at Marci, scooting closer! She wants too see the

Marci smiled to Taru not paying much mind to Ventus at the
moment, as she scooted up to Taru, and opened the book, flipping
a few pages, she past pieces of the lion, and the stag, and
lines of text, until she finally came to the first depiction of
the Great Bear, she was drawn sitting in a rounded frame of
drawn trees, that twisted around the page, and there she was, a
large female bear, her face drawn rather beautifully, her fur,
almost every line detailed, the shapes of plants, and flowers
growing from her were seen, and by her feet, were druidic
symbols that meant growth, and life. "Says, the Bear of the
forest of ursidea, is the guardian spirit of life, she promotes
growth and values all living things. She is the watcher over her
animal counter part, Bears, or rather any creature in the family
of ursidea.. Though she watches over all life, she especially
takes a shine to bearkin, even the lowly werebears of legends."
she smiles, and looked back up to Taru, showing her the picture,
"See!"
Talia smiles up to him, patting the ground next to her, "Sit
with me." she murmured, before glancing to Ventus, and the other
two, vaguely listening to Marci read.

Ventus would roll his eyes, he'd be listening, but damned if he
isn't close to groaning as he stuffs more food in his face.
Eilik would plop his ass onto the ground, "What? Just sit here?"

Taru listens intently to Marci, tilting her head a bit with an
ear perked up. She sees the picture of the 'Great Bear' and
instantly in her mind filled with thoughts of 'mother' and faint
images of times long since past. Then it starts. Her butt starts
to waggle about as she suddenly lunges forward to try and grab
the book from Marci, likely flialing about in her excitement.
SHE HAD TO SHOW THIS TO VENTUS. HE HAD TO SEE HER MOM. HE COULD
HELP, RIGHT?!

Marci blinked at Taru's sudden wiggling and well.. She was
knocked over in a tackle/trample by the large bear, the book
being taken, she whined, and flailed.. Thrown aside again,
damnit. She pushed herself up, and shook her head, somewhat
dazed.
Talia rose a brow, "Oh what? you don't like sitting next to me
anymore?"

Ventus would have this book shoved in his face, causing him to
nearly choke on his spoon he coughs, the spoon comes flying out
and skittering across the ground. He raises an eyebrow at the
picture, then to Taru, then the picture, then to Taru, then the
picture... "Okay? So? This thing related?"
Eilik blinks, "You really need to stop shoving words into
people's mouths, I'm here, I just figured you wanted something."

Taru's butt continues to waggle about wildly, likely knocking
things over, even half-way on the table. She nods her head
furiously. Yes, yes. Something related! SOMETHING RELATED.
Suddenly, Taru drops the book and rolls around on the ground,
flailing her paws about wildly. She is really excited at the
moment, if you couldn't tell.
