Re: Act I , Chapter 1: The Trial of the Man with No Memory

Kai blinks at Alice, jaw clenching for a moment. "Did...DO I
LOOK LIKE SOME KIND OF MUTT TO YOU?" His anger would suddenly be
fully apparent, ears raised as the dark orange fur would start
to return upon his body. His claws grow sharper as he jerks
around, nearly seeming to dance past Alice as fast as he was
moving. His hands would be clenched into fists as he nears the
general and the keypad. A swift and powerful fist would fly out,
promptly to clock the general onto his ass. Though, in his
anger, the punch was a bit stronger than intended as it hit him
directly square in the center of his face. And with that, the
man would topple down, blood from his nose dripping off of Kai's
fist... Which he did not even seem to notice as he turns swiftly
to face the keypad. Without any regard, he brings another fist
down onto the keypad. It would easily give-way to his strength,
the buttons cracking and whatever else the fuck these things do
when you break them. Fuck doing fancy ass descriptive posts.

The keypad would kind of fizzle as the field would go down,
Eilik would nod, before moving past them into the hallway, the
nanomites would float after, however stopping a moment to shift
into a small, pin-like dagger, and pressing through the
general's throat. The older man would stop breathing after a
short while before the small machines would float happily on
behind Eilik who had just slipped out the door without any extra
words.

Alice blinks, eyes widening, as Kai just had his rage out mode,
he ducked, as he walked past her. She turned, watching him take
out the general and the keypad. Mental note.. ever wanna make
Kai angry... call him a dog.. She thought to herself, before
turning to look at Eilik, who would have walked past her.
Glancing to the now dead general, angry Kai, and the once upon a
time cow thing that was still flipping the fuck out in the
corner most likely, she decided to make like the floating shit,
and turn to follow Eilik out into the hall.

Kai's ears would go to being flat against his head, hands still
balled into fists. He would appear slightly more calm now, but
not to much. The dark orange fur would still be bristling, a bit
thicker than it had before previously. There would be a bit of
an awkward cracking sound as he slowly unclenched his fists,
crossing his arms over his chest, stuffing his hands pretty much
into his underarms as he swiftly hobbles along behind Alice and
Eilik. His blue-eyed gaze would now remain intently upon his
feet, but seems to follow them without much of a problem.

They would be led down a few hallways, though it was clear Eilik
was in a hurry having a few slumped bodies here and there along
with most of the ship's population avoiding him in general.
Eventually they would reach narrower hallways leading up to a
small, narrow chamber, a single chair with what looked to be a
body strapped in, few cords plugged in the back of where the
creature's head would rest. A few gizmos lined the room along
with what appeared to be an actual pilot's seat in front of the
creature.
The man would rush up, yanking the cords out of the seat, the
creature would convulse for a moment before going still. The
nanomites would seem to move into the respirator as he would
move over to a microphone sitting near the pilot's seat. A
buzzing noise would occur before an alarm sounded. "Auto-pilot
disengaged" blaring through the entire ship.
"Testing, testing." Eilik would state, the nanomites actually
making him speak instead of his usual telepathy. He would hold
the microphone up to the respirator, "I would like all of your
attentions please." He would state before the alarms would turn
off, silence falling.

Alice followed quick at Eilik's heels, shifting through the
hallways, and even up through the narrow ones with seemingly no
problems. She was in tight clothes, and she was pretty small, so
unless something grabbed at her, it was doubtful she'd be caught
on anything as she glided past the walls. She came to a stop in
the chamber, moving out of the way of the door, so Kai could
follow it, she grumbled, the voice echoing through the ship as
the auto-pilot was dropped, and Eilik went to speaking, she
stood quietly, listening, peering toward him curiously.

Kai would not go any further as Alice stops. He would appear
much, MUCH calmer now. Though a look of anger still somewhat
across his face. His eyes remain glued to his feet as he merely
stands there, waiting. He keeps is arms crossed over his chest,
his ears slightly perked up as the sound of Eilik's voices
sounds off over the intercoms or whatever they used in this day
and age.

Eilik would eye over to the two in the doorway before continuing
to speak, "Now, I suggest for your own safety, the crew should
work with me, and not against me. Many know me as Xereth, felon
from the Drakus system, guilty of multiple acccounts of piracy,
arson, first, second, and third degree murder. On multiple
accounts. Oh, and that bit of almost causing a universal scale
war that would not only wipe out our plane of existence but
about thirteen others as well." He would pause, "You would be
correct, except for a few, tiny things your superiors have not
told you about, and I give you but one chance, continue to live
your lives as crew of this ship." He would glance over to Alice
and Kai, "Or make your way to the airlock, because I have no use
for you. Oh, and the name's Eilik now." The message would stop
playing over the speakers as soon as he got done talking. A
mechanical voice reciting: "Manual override submitted, please
take the pilot's seat."
He would drop the microphone as he appeared that he was quite
happy with himself. he would slide into the pilot's chair,
flicking a few switches in the roof before he would peer back at
the two. "I would suggest holding onto something, I'm turning
this thing around, I've some plans with a few planetary
leaders."

Alice blinks, staring at him, "...." listening to all his little
crimes, shit that was a list... Shes a bit impressed he kept
track of it all... She looked back to Kai, and offered a shrug
of her shoulder at this point, he mentioned an air lock, like
hell she was going out there. She shifted around the cabin,
grabbing onto a chair, or a handle, anything she could hold onto
really! To stop herself from flying around, if that was gonna
happen. She huffed, eying Kai, "So." she muttered, "You're a
psycho from some world, from far far away.... This shit is right
out of a story book...." she muttered, looking toward Eilik.

Kai says nothing for a few moments, not even really shrugging
back towards Alice. His ears twitched a bit as he listened,
though. He had already long since made up his mind about what he
would be doing. Slowly he speaks, showing a bit more teeth than
intended, flashing those now sharp white canines at Alice.
"First you treat me like a mutt, then you call him craaaazy." He
tilts his head from side to side with a bit of a grin, in an
almost joking kind of way. His ears perk up, but the dark orange
fur seems to continue to creep up on his seen flesh. Slowly he
unfolds his arms, flexing his still clawed fingers, slowly
moving forward a bit and grabbing onto a sturdy looking handle.
At the moment, he seems to be jumping between different moods at
an oddly fast rate. Dun dun dun dun. [sup]*Que music here*[/sup]
