Ventus would nod, walking out the door, it would be closed
behind them as the boy opens the map, only to hear jingling from
his pocket, "Oh no she didn't!" The woman's voice would yell, "I
did! Keep it, you may need it!" Ventus huffs as he would peer at
the map, walking toward the outskirts once more, this time
heading out of the city.

Marci turned, following him, hugging her box, "Ventus....
Right?... Why don't you live with that lady? she takes care of
you, and... hugs you like a mom... So... Why don't you?" she
question, keeping her head down so the hood fell the shadows
over her face.

Ventus would shake his head, "She's tried...many times." He
would talk while he walked at a brisk pace, "After mom and dad
died. But I don't want to, I want things to return to how they
were..."
"Ah, so a quest to turn things back, you realize there's not a
way to bring back the dead, right kid?" Ventus would huff, "Shut
it you, I know I've heard rumors about something on the Lost
Isle that may help me."
"Rumors are just that, they aren't always true."

Marci frowned, "I wish... it were true.... But.. he is right,
things like that are impossible... I would do anything to have
my family back... but, it can't happen... Ventus.. we're still
young right? we have to move on with our lives.. we can't live
in the past, because it will just.. drag us back.." she muttered
softly, peering down into the box.
"But. I will help you if i can k?"

Ventus would turn up his nose, frowning, "I can't just dismiss
it, I've got to make sure about it myself." He would huff,
folding the map before he tucked it into his belt, hurrying
along.

Marci nodded gently, following him as she went quiet now, and
they soon came to the end of the town, and once again, Eilik
would face those plat holely flat lands, though the sun was
setting quickly in these parts.

"Woah, flashbacks." Eilik would pipe up, Ventus peering over his
shoulder at his shadow, "Nothing, just, stay away from the holes
will you? Monsters."
Ventus would quickly nod, giving the holes a wide berth as they
walked.

Taru would be hobbling along behind them, content as ever. Her
head bobs up and down as she just kind of skips along, listening
to them speak. It would almost seem as if she was singing of
humming like a girl would skipping through a field of flowers.
As instructed, she is sure not to step into one of the holes,
easily avoiding them as she skips about. Occasionally she would
focus up and peer to Venus and Eilik, then to Box-head. For the
most part though, she seems just overall excited to get out of
the Devil's Corner.

Marci would glance up at the dark holes, following Ventus'
footsteps rather perfectly as they made their way down the path,
"So... Ventus, you know where we're going right?"

Ventus would quickly take out the map once more, "Of course I
do! Lan gave me a map, it's a simple matter of finding the
place."
Eilik would chuckle, "Planning on walking all the way there
huh?"
Ventus huffs, "Well...don't got much choice."
