Re: The Shack (Devil's Corner)

Taru tilts her head, blinking as the boy would run off. With a
small shrug, seeing that he was gone, she pushes herself up onto
two feet. With relative ease, she opens the door and somehow
manages to close it before dropping back to two feet... She does
not get far before her gaze falls upon the larger male. She
blinks in utter confusion, letting out a rumble and soft growl
towards him, slowly hobbling just a bit closer. Curiously is
clearly to strong to notice anything else around, be it danger
or not.

Eilik would cross his arms, noticing this bear waltz right. His
eyebrow would be raised as his eyes tracked her movement,
"...You know, I'm just not going to question anything any more."
At this point it would seem as if the daemon had a bad sunburn,
his skin a bright red.

Taru hobbles a bit closer, though suddenly stops and plops down
a few feet away. She tilts her head, gazing up at the obviously
taller male. She notices his skin, wincing a bit. Though with a
sure shake of her head and another confused and curious rumble,
she lifts a paw towards him... As if... to shake?

Eilik would continue to stare at this creature, he would unfold
a hand to make a loud rapping noise on the invisible barrier
between them, "Kinda hard, whatever you are." There would sound
to be someone running back to the Shack at this point.

Taru just kind of tilts her head, still staring at him intently
and confused. She seems oblivious to the approaching sound, all
wrapped up in her own little world in observation.

The door would open with a creak as Ventus would enter once
more, three large loaves of bread were hugged tightly in his
arms he would blink, freezing in the doorway, "H-...what?"
Eilik would peer over to the kid, eyebrow still raised, "Mind
turning off the light? I know I need a tan but not this bad."

Taru suddenly jumps up and runs at the boy! Though at the last
second she changes her path and instead starts to run around him
in circles, letting out playful like growls and rumblings. She
would even try to lightly bump into him with her head as she
continues to go into circles... for a little bit longer until
she swiftly hobbles her little bear ass right back to sitting
near the larger human male to gaze at him with utter curiosity.
Talk about attention span problems!

Ventus would blink, the light extinguishing, Eilik sighing as he
rolls a shoulder. The boy would carefully make his way to his
corner, the tome sitting near the fire he would huff, peering at
the bear, actually a little worried now. The boy would take a
loaf, tearing a piece off he would munch on it as his eyes would
go back to the tome which he slides on his lap.
"So. Exactly what is it you need again?" Eilik would ask, may as
well comply, may get him out of there faster. The boy would
mutter through mouthfuls, "There's something on this Lost Isle I
need to get. I want you to help me get it, I told you that...you
need to learn to listen better mister." The last part would be
grumbled.
"Fine, fine, so what's in it for me?" Eilik would let out a
breath, waving it off dismissively, though he was now having a
staring contest with the little bear. Ventus would blink,
turning his grey eyes to the man, "There has to be something for
you?"
"That is what a contract is, boy..."

Taru tilts her head, still staring intently at elder male with a
dead serious gaze. Though her gaze is serious, her butt would
start to wiggle about, clearly thinking this was a game. Oh,
this little bear loves games. And though in a strangers home,
she seems to have made herself quite at home already. Her ears
are perked up intently, nose wrinkling as she catches the smell
of the bread... It is clear she is trying her best not to look
away at the bread, but her stomach betrays her as a LOUD rumble
would be heard from her tiny fuzzyness of a belly! She doesnt
even look at the door as a knock is heard, intent on winning the
staring contest.
