       Shadow Hounds

       Said to be the undying spawn of the fallen kingdom Tha'am, and
       the loyal servants of the Shadow-Masters, Shadow Hounds are
       horrible little beasts. Only coming out at night and staying
       away from light sources, they feed on anything they lie their
       almost fully blind eyes on.
       Much like bat these little buggers use their advanced senses to
       track and kill their prey, their head is elongated, mostly made
       of bone that curls into horns that stick out of exposed flesh,
       two small spike like horns expose themselves under their horns,
       this is their ear, funneled out through a hallow spike, adding
       protection for the inner ear, the tip of their hidden ears hold
       an uneven funnel, allowing for small sounds from far distances
       be heard, or even low quiet sounds that would be hard to hear
       for even a werebeast. Shadow hounds can often be seen digging
       down in the snow for no reason, or even running around for days
       looking for something they hear in the distance.
       Their skin runs over their body like black sticky leather,
       spikes and quills sticking out from their back, dripping with
       what looks to be poison injectors, most likely a defensive
       aspect of their culture, their skin feels similar to shark skin.
       Their teeth are long almost vampiric in nature, and their mouth
       is full of rows of them, it's mouth opening far to wide, though
       the length of how far it can open it's mouth has never been
       recorded.
       They usually surround in packs of 20 or more, being led by the
       bigger shadow hounds, these bigger ones usually have larger
       horns, a fin wave head, maybe even showing deep battle scars.

       Shadow Hounds do not carry anyway to 'product' with each other,
       Shadow hounds are created through a long ancient process, long
       died out in the world. Used only by the Shadow Masters.
