Sheska coo'd slightly, closing her eyes a moment, before they
would start to hear sounds coming from outside, just faint
sounds under the harsh winds of the blizzard, she would raise
her head out of the blanket and their wings to gaze at the mouth
of the cave a moment, looking to Dralyk with concern, holding
onto him tightly.

Dralyk would narrow his eyes, pushing himself up, he would
motion for her to back up, "Stick near the walls." He would
whisper, slowly pulling the sword from the scabbard he still
had, flipping it to wield it under-handed. He would slowly creep
toward the mouth of the cave, wings flapped one quick gust to
attempt to put out the fire so he could stick to the shadows.

Sheska nodded, pulling herself up, she'd grab the dagger off her
boot, and back up to toward the inner walls, staring out at him,
the fire going out easily as it was already weakened, the
shallow cave would go dark, very dark. The sounds outside would
soon be covered by the sound of the wind, everything else going
silent.

Dralyk would crouch at the mouth of the cave, calming himself as
he peered through the darkness. Sniffing the air as he would
almost hold his breath. He would take a few crouched steps
forward, and to the side as he would approach the entrance,
sticking to the wall of the mouth of the cave.

Sheska held her breath, even with the heavy wind, it was a
deathly silent moment. Dralyk would see, nothing past the deep
winds, nothing but that sound of the wind, after a few silent
moment, suddenly a large shadow would appear in the way, a large
thick fur matted arm would break through the snow wall, aiming
large claws at Dralyk with a loud growl.

Dralyk would jump back with a gasp, trying to keep out of reach
of the large claw. His sword up, in a ready position as he would
huff, "The fuck is this thing?" He would mutter. Stuck in a
cave, with a large monster at the only exit, this was shitty
luck today they had.

Sheska let out a gasp, jumping back to the back of the cave,
watching as a large wolf like face would break in the top of the
cave mouth, letting out a growl in the dark, it's eyes glowing
red, and aimed to push it's way in on them, it's large claw
trying to grab and slash at Dralyk.

Dralyk would keep backing up, heart pounding though he refused
to show the fact that he was scared of this creature, sword
flicking up in an upward slash to catch a claw as it would slash
at him. He would huff, wounds still tender from the fiasco
earlier. "Keep quiet Sheska, I'll keep it busy." He would snap
in a loud whisper, gritted teeth, pupils slit.

Sheska would blink, reaching up, holding her hands over her
mouth, folding her wings around her.
The creature would keep pushing in, letting out a growl as it's
paw was caught by the sword, pulling it's other leg in to stable
it's weight, letting out a growl as it started to lean down and
snap at Dralyk with it's maw.
