Dralyk would cringe as his wings cushioned yet another fall, at
least there was ice and snow this time, though the added pain
caused by the gashes in his back would be a likely source.
Droplets of blood would drip in the snow as he would quickly
pick himself to his feet, helping her get up as well. "One
down..."

Sheska let out an 'oof' as they landed, before pulling herself
up with him, she looked up to him frowning deeply, "Dralyk we
can't do that again.." she leaned over to look at his most
likely bloodied back, "You'll be ripped apart if we keep doing
it like that..."

Dralyk would shake his head, nodding to her, "I'll be fine." A
reassuring smile on his face. "If we don't keep moving we're
going to be a hell of a lot worse off then a few scratches." He
would peer around, looking for the distance to the next torch.

As Dralyk looked toward the next torch, it wasn't to far off the
last bit of short distance, but before he would be able to move,
suddenly the torch pillar would crumble, being crashed into by a
much larger beast, it took out the light to the torch with it's
pillar, the creature rushing out toward the swarm of shadow
dogs, growling ferally.
Sheska gasped, stepped away from the light zone's edge toward
the other pillar that had just been broken, trying to get a hold
of what just happened!

Dralyk's eyes would go wide, green slits narrowing, he would
growl, "No! You fucking dumb-ass animals!" Voice suddenly filled
with feral hatred, he should be scared, instead, he was getting
pissed. His muscles would tense as his ears would twitch in
annoyance, was that fur starting to sprout over his skin? Oh
dear.

Sheska looked to Dralyk, reaching up to put her hand on his
shoulder, "Dralyk." She frowned once more, a clearly concerned
look in her gaze, though a firm look on her face, her wings
would flex, and she would whimper, "It's a long shot, and most
likely won't get us far, but go into your fox form, i can try to
fly us up above all of this! somewhere safer.... before the
storm peeks up and whatever is out there... gets to us for it's
next meal.." she would point to the shadows, they could most
likely hear whimpers and loud monsterish growls from something
much bigger, the sounds of bodies being slammed into the ground
and bones breaking could be heard.

Dralyk would growl, muscles enlargening, no he was already angry
at this point, fur would flow over his body as his mouth and
nose elongated into the snout, his legs making the same
sickening sound as they readjusted, he would leap out of the
light as his hands would form his claws, wings spread wide.
There would be a few moments of silence for a moment, other than
the sound of the larger creature still breaking bones and the
like. Before there were tearing and ripping sounds, limbs of
shadow-beasts being thrown into the light of the torch. A loud
sound would emerge, like a slap before Dralyk would be thrown in
the light again, a few new gashes glistening in the fur. He
would let out another feral growl, almost a bark as well before
lunging back out of the light. Did he just call whatever it was
a bitch? Dunno, he obviously yelled something though.

Sheska whined, she pressed herself back against the pillar,
staring out into the darkness, at this point she couldn't do a
thing and it bothered her, she was weak and never did anything,
back home it was different then the outside world, to think a
few weeks ago she was lying on her comfortable big bed, dozing
off in her safe home, dreaming of the wonders of the world under
the city clouds, and now she was standing in a danger zone, her
best friend a feral beast, fighting for her and himself, what
did she have to offer? these thoughts soon faded as the ear
cracking sound of the giant beast's howled bark called back to
Dralyk's growl, it was enough to echo off for miles, soon after
the call back of other beasts of it's kind could be heard off in
the far mountains and snowy hill sides. The creature would start
t move toward Dralyk, the sound of his feet hitting the snow
landed each with a muffled thump.

Dralyk would cover his ears at the loud noise, a low rumbling
coming from his throat, nose twitching at the air as he heard
the multiple others in the vicinity. Green eyes staring with
killer intent at the beast, before he would bolt back to the
torch, on all fours even, lumbering along he would pick her up,
fur glistening with fresh blood, likely a combination of his own
and the other creatures, his wings spread, taking off the
ground. Feral Dralyk apparently still had her safety in mind.

Sheska's eyes widened as Dralyk came in to her sight, a small
spark of fear rising in her before she was sweepped off her
feet, she had no time to fear as she reached up to grab a hold
of him, bracing herself as they lifted off the ground, just as
they lifted into the air, the large wolf like creature would
break into the light of the torch, aiming a snap at Dralyk, just
missing before he crashed into another pillar taking it down
with a growling howl.
