Derius now moves uncomfortably on the bed, he shivers horridly.
Though seeing this, even after pulling a blanket up over him,
the imp was not sure fully why he was shivering. With an
irritated sigh, the creature shakes his head and snuggles into
the blankets with him. Though it merely kept getting colder and
colder in the room. With a loud sigh, a now fully awake and
groggy Derius awakes. The bruise on his head still swirling, a
hand lifting to lightly rub at it. The black mist would seemed
to have vanished by now, the imp taking its place back upon his
       shoulder with a content sigh.
"So fucking cold. Its why I never moved up here." He mumbles,
standing up as he looks around the room. Empty. He was by
himself, pretty much. "So they were serious, eh?" He sighs,
shaking his head lightly. "Ahwell. As long as I have my little
buddy, I'm good. But you know, with this kind of weather, you'd
think my mother was on her way or something. But, if I recall,
that is just how the weather is here." He would reach back to
grab the blanket, only to find...it seems to have vanished.
Thinking it was his mind playing tricks on him, he shakes his
head and makes his way out of the room. A dark, eerie shadow now
looming over him. Even his little shadowy companion cant hide
his shiver, knowing something aside from the storm brewing
       outside was against them.
(( Mmm. More familytimes. Awyeah. ))

Sheska would nod, "Yeah? that so, you can come in you know..."
she would be standing at the window, the drapes open so she
could look outside, "It looks like it is gonna get bad out
       there.. hmm?"

Dralyk nods, walking in, closing the door behind him, he would
shake his head, "I dunno...doesn't feel right..." He would
grumble, scratching at his ear, "We may be stuck here for
another day, and maybe more depending..."

Sheska frowns, closing the drapes, "Hmm... Well i hope we can
stay warm.. I have read to many stories of people dying in the
north.." she would flop back down on the bed, and looks at him.
Within a few moments, the blizzard could be felt hitting the
inn, the windows shaking from the hard wind, suddenly the loud
scratching sounds could be heard once more, it sounded like
claws digging into the inn walls, and the sounds progressed to
the point they sounded like they were inside.
Talia flinched at the sounds of the scratching and the blizzard,
the cold she suddenly felt cut through the inn made her curl up
tighter to Eilik, hugging onto him, and staying over his tattoo,
keeping herself warm, her skin started to change shades, into a
soft red, he tail flicking around in her sleep, she could
probably be heard mumbling in her sleep, a smile on her face, a
bit of drool running out the corner of her lips, this probably
wouldn't bother Eilik much, but she was clearly havign a good
       dream!

Dralyk would growl, literally, a feral growl coming from his
throat as he listens to the scratching, "Something's here..." He
would mutter, the hair on the back of his neck standing up, ears
twitching as he continued to peer at the ceiling, he was twitchy
when it came to these things.

Derius silently closes the door behind himself, cringing as he
listens to the blizzard whack away at the inn. The imp would
wince as well, though to a lesser extent, now lightly rubbing
the side of Derius' head. A chill would run down Derius' spine,
even as he leans back against the door. Though, it was not a
chill from the cold that was washing over the ragged building.
Maybe it was the sense of utter chaos that had suddenly
appeared. No, it had not suddenly appeared. It had been there
for a while now. Far to long for his liking. Sucking in a sharp
breath, he would go to take a step before his human form would
suddenly change. Now walking down the hall would be the
previously seen large wolf from the start of their journey. He
was much warmer in this form, oddly though, he still could not
even shake a bit of this feeling. The imp would be contently
snuggled into the thick fur of his neck, the creatures smaller
head resting between his rather long furred ears.
His now roughly padded paws move about the floor rather
silently, his tail stiff as he moves. With the bruise on his
head now aching, he would stumble a bit, lightly smacking his
side into the wall. Though, with a rough shake of his head, and
continue on, passing the door of the two people who had so
kindly brought him to his room. Derius was feeling far to uneasy
to stay in his room though. He would come to a stop, closing his
eyes for a few moments with a soft whine. His mind would start
to wander as he starts to think, thoughts leading back to the
very start of this trip. He had is trench coat, bandages
covering his ankles and the such... safe, for the most part. But
here he was, far away from that small safe zone. And couldn't be
       happier, really.
Suddenly, the imp would tug on his ears, causing him to open his
blue eyes as he stares up at a rather odd looking woman. She was
roughly the size of Talia, her dark red hair was pulled back
into a bun, a few scars scattered across her face. The rest of
her form was covered, but it was easy to see she was well toned.
Instead of turned to flee or yelp, he merely stands there,
memorized by her deep, blood red eyes. The imp at this point,
has vanished. A faint smirk would be across her lips as she
reaches a hand out to lightly stroke the top of his head and rub
       one of his ears.
"Ooooh, such a cute doggy we have here. Such an exquisite coat
too, perfect to protect against this weather. Mmmm." She would
murmur, still petting him. Derius' would tilt his head into her
hand as she continues to scratch at his ears, suddenly falling
over onto his back, showing her his now exposed stomach.
Giggling, the woman reaches down, now rubbing his stomach as
well. Derius lets out soft rumbles of appreciation, seeming
quite content at having his stomach scratched...
Suddenly a rather strong, yet womanly hand would be raised as
the now clawed fingers wrap around and dig into the flesh of his
maw. Now in a sudden panic, he would start to squirm about
attempting to get up. Alas, though. Derius' luck seems to have
run at its end as a sudden dagger would be stabbed into his
fuzzy, now blood soaked chest. The only noise that is audible
from Derius is a faint, pained whine as the blood would start to
fill one of his lungs. If being stabbed was not enough, the
woman whom had done it would merely grin down at Derius with a
sick and twisted smile...even has her own form would start to
       change.
"Ooooh, my dear little Derius~...Look how big you've grown and
how weak you are. Just like your father." She lets out a soft
sigh as her long, nearly overflowing dark orange hair would roll
down her shoulders and back, just past her lower back. Her skin
grows a few shades darker, her eyes changing from the blood red
to a rather pretty, nearly clear sparkling sky blue. Though
those pretty eyes show only malice, anger, hate, and an obvious
great hate for her son. "How many years has it been that you've
kept yourself hidden, Mmm? One, two, five, seven. I lost count.
But the moment you left that little town, Oh, am I ever glad I
found you before your sister!" With that, she would reach a foot
back, roughly kicking at his ribs. Blood would spit from his maw
for a few moments as he would revert to his human form. Unable
to even make a sound as he gasps for air, the Traitorous and
Spiteful mother merely watching over him carefully for a few
moments before blowing a kiss. "Try not to die on me now
dear...I am watching." As if on que with her words, she would
vanish. Leaving Derius in the hall, gasping for his last few
       breaths of air.
       (( Dear rolls, [s]fack[/s] you. :| ))

Sheska blinks, tilting her head, "Did you hear that?" she
mumbled, before a loud bang could be heard.. not just one, but
at four different points of the building at the same time...
Talia snapped her eyes open, not because of the noises, but
because she smelled fresh blood, she sat up, still on Eilik's
back, "...." she sniffed the air, rubbing her eyes a bit, before
jumping at the sound of another few bangs, she looked around now
in a panic, she got another smell to familiar to her for her own
comfort, she turned, smacking Eilik upside the head with her
tail a bit hard, hopping off the bed, she stumbled rushing to
the door, as another loud bang echoed through the inn.
A sudden rush of voices could be heard from outside, speaking in
the capital tongue, at the far side of the inn the wall could be
heard smashing in, tail men dressed in furs and leather for
warmth ran in, the old man tried to stop them, but he was simply
tossed into a wall, his wife rushing to his side.
Talia opened the door, peering out in the hall way, ".. Derius!"
she shouted, rushing over to him, she hit her knees, almost
sliding across the wood floor to him, she looked him over,
"Fuck..." suddenly the wall at the end of the hall would be
broken through, wind and cold blizzard breaking through before
the men rushed in, stopping at the end of the hall they stopped,
swords and odd looking weapons, other wise known as rifles,
Talia hissed, narrowing her eyes, men running in behind her at
the entrance to the hall way as well, stopping.
She was cornered, further more they were cornered, she knew
Eilik was probably to worn out to wake up soon, but it had been
a few hours at least since they appeared, and fell asleep, she
grumbled, as the men started to slowly close in, she looked down
       to Derius in concern.

Eilik would stir, pushing himself up from the the bed, he
wouldn't say anything as he walked toward the door, eyes halfway
opened, glowing with purple energies. He would stand in the
doorway to the room, tilting his head as he watched the men
cornering the two. Shadows swarming around his form, they would
shoot down the hallway, coating the walls, doors, everything.
Pretty soon the hallway would be in complete darkness, as
crunching sounds could be heard from where Eilik was, snapping,
bone-grinding, all those sickening noises. There would be a low,
guttural growl, as a feeling of dread, similar to what Talia and
Derius had felt from his sister, would sweep down the hall.
Dralyk would continue to let out the growl, backing away from
the door, "Sheska, stay in here...someone's out there..." He
would peer around, breaking a post off of the bed, before
quickly walking over, slipping out the door.

Derius at this point, would be really out of it. Blood now
likely coating the floor, he hardly reacts as Talia appears
before him. "T-tal." Would be the only words he could manage,
his usually solid white eyes seeming to fade into a darker
swirling color as he gazes up at her. He hardly even notices the
fact that a wall was broken down, or that even Eilik came out of
the room. A weak, blood soaked hand would reach up, attempting
to grab onto Talia with an utterly fear-filled grip before it
went limp. With a rough, brutal cough, blood spitting up onto
his already bloodied chest, likely getting a bit of the rather
dark blood on Talia, seeing as she is so close. His eyes would
lazily move about, everything seemed so slow. So warm. Slowly
though, his eyes would close shut, but still breathing in
       pained, slowly choking, blood-filled breaths.
Behind his closed eyes, his mind panics about, seeming unsure of
what to do. The dagger was still in his chest. There were people
attacking. His mother was here. Though slowly, all the thoughts
would fade into a warm, welcomed bliss. His stabbed chest no
longer hurting, the faintest imagine of him in his mothers arms
crossing his mind before it all went blank. Though, to Talia and
Eilik, it would be easy to see he is still alive. Just barely.
He has lost a great deal of blood and is slowly suffocating from
blood filling up in his lungs... Yay.

Talia hissed, she looked up, blinking, she turned her head,
looking back at Eilik, she watched them, and looked back to the
hall, the men would be stumbling around, mumbling amongst
       themselves in worried tones.
Sheska would nod, "Careful.." she mumbled, slipping off of the
       bed.
Talia would look down at the dagger in Derius' side, "Eilik..
Kill them all." she said bluntly, as she set her hand on the
dagger handle, "Hang on Derius.. stay with us.. we need you."
she whispered to him, pulling the dagger out as smoothly as
possible, she didn't care if blood got on her, she would toss
the dagger aside as she pulled it out, watching Derius, and
watching his wound noticing it slowly very slowly starting to
seal on it's own, she nodded, leaning over Derius, she knew all
hell was about to break lose on this hall way and she was
       staying low.
