       intelligent, holds himself with an air of authority though
       there's always a sense that he can be trusted.

       Biography: From a young age Eilik was always good with
       computers, technology in general seemed to connect with him. He
       had begun to work at a young age to try and perfect the computer
       technology he had come to know. He had become a hacker, keeping
       tabs of all the companies in his hometown, New Upton. To keep
       from suspicion he had graduated college at a young age, offered
       a teaching position at New Upton's local campus Eilik took a job
       as an Philosophy professor, keeping an eye on New Upton's youth
       as he taught. Recently Eilik's been digging around a bit after
       UCorp. mysteriously risen, coming to classes late, often on the
       verge of passing out from lack of sleep.

       Description: Long slim coat, over a form-fitting shirt. His
       pants have multiple pockets to them and along his belt are
       canisters evenly spaced, housing his nano-cloud. He wears a
       respirator over where his mouth and nose would be in order to
       make people feel more comfortable.
       Personality: Bit laid-back, though he goes into super-business
       mode when things need to get done.
       Occupation: Pirate, Agent for the XFF
       Biography: Born a Red Eye Eilik had always had it rough, always
       mocked and looked down upon by others of his race he eventually
       led into a life of acquiring in order to get by. He joined the
       Xerces Free Foundation during one run when he almost captured
       one of their juggernauts, and they offered him a deal. Not much
       is known about him or the XFF, except for the long list of
       crimes Eilik has supposedly commited, causing him to be the
       universes most wanted. Though, there's a feeling out there that
       he may be actually doing things for a bigger reason than what is
       led to believe.
