She nods, peering down to the fruit, as she started to scratch
at it's soft pinkish skin, the outside of it was like a peach,
it was fuzzy, and soft. As she scratched at it though, it
started to peal, and she grabbed a tiny strip and pulled it off,
"I can understand why... The fruit actually has a mixed
effect.... If you bite into one as it is. The toxins in the
skin, and the juice inside the meat of the fruit, mix and give a
very powerful aphrodisiac, one that makes your baser instincts..
Almost impossible to control." she purred, glancing up to him,
"And actually, the skin of the fruit is toxic, and can actually
make a rather deadly poison. But like the nightbay could be used
for healing, it has to be used in the right properties. As for
the meat, it still has the aphrodisiac property. But on a much
lesser scale, one that only stimulates the potential of
arousal." she smiled once more, "Also. It is funny to watch a
child to young to know what those desires are get a hold of
one.. It makes them hyper, im still a little puzzled as to why
on that one though." she brought the fruit skin up, and nibbled
on it a bit, "As i said though, it's alright to eat small strips
of the skin.. They are quite tasty actually, and make wonderful
accents to tea." she nodded, setting the fruit back down, and
swallowing the skin strip. ".. Ah.. sorry, i went rambling. I
had a lot of time to read when i was queen. And some time to
study my own interests."

Xenith looks at her for a long moment, blue eye not moving as he
raises his cup to sip at the empty tea, looking disappointing he
pours himself more. "Thank you for...the biology lesson, but I
have my own reasons for disliking the fruit beyond aphrodisiacs.
And if this is some way to say that you would like in my pants."
A smirk plays on his lips, "Playing a bit too fast there Queen."
He shakes his head, "I find normal old lemons work fine in tea,
and as to poisons there are more much more fun to play with. I
would rather just watch each and every one of these fruits rot
sooner than touch one of those forsaken fruits."

At that moment she was sipping from the almost empty tea cup,
and then she opened her eyes with a twitch, only instead of
spitting the out like some barbarian! she swallows, letting it
go down her windpipe, and she went into a light coughing fit,
pressing a hand to her chest while it past, and she cleared her
throat, "... Ahem.. No. No i wouldn't say i want in your pants,
we just met Xenith, and i don't move -that- quickly... I've been
known to move fast, but never that quickly." she nodded,
offering a smirk, before softly clearing her throat once more,
"That almost made me spit your wonderful tea everywhere.... I
would have felt horrible." she sighed, setting the now empty cup
down.

Xenith smirks, taking his own sip, though this one was
elongated, and was he talking while drinking? "Mmm, don't worry,
there's more tea, it's not like there isn't, I enjoy making
people laugh as it is." He lowers the cup, peering toward where
the shadowmancer had went. "I wonder where our little friend ran
off to, is he pouting?"

Nim raises her brow as she watches him drink, yet he was still
talking, interesting... "Mm.. Probably.. Im sure he will be back
here sooner or later.." she sighs, leaning back in the chair a
bit, eying the pinpin people now, "Where do you even find
these.... Bird things? I have to say, they are kind of cute."
she peered toward the one in the pink dress, "I still worry
about that one, did you give it brain damage? Because truly i
know no one who would wear that much pink....."

Xenith blinks before adjusting himself in his seat, leaning back
a bit, "That's a story... Well, I was traveling the North one
day, and I happen upon a flock of them. Enlarged things, smart
too. However they were starving. So of course, being the
generous person I am, I decided I would take them under
my...Er...wing? Anyway, taught them how to understand language,
they took upon wearing clothing themselves. Actually rather
enjoyed the notion. And in turn for 'saving' them, they all
decided I was their mighty leader and they would serve me. And
no, that one actually is one of the brightest in the bunch,
however he is colorblind. And just likes dresses. I see no
issues with it and neither do his peers so why attempt to fix
that which is not broken?"

She blinks, and nods, "Very generous, i must say you're a very
interesting man, Xenith.. And i thought you said you weren't in
the sharing mood." she chuckled softly, watching the pinpins run
about, "They do seem to have some affection to you.. No dirty
glares, or making things around you fail on perhaps.. Besides
that fruit thing, however. If one is doing it, i bet it is out
of some sort of affection." she smiled, before taking in a deep
breath, and exhaling slowly from her nose, she seemed rather
calmed right about now, at least until the mancer came back down
from his pouting corner.

"People rarely ask about the pinpins so I feel like I should
share when I get the chance." He offers a shrug, his eye moving
to watch a few, "And it would be, if they didn't already know I
despised the things." his nose turns up. "They're rather well
mannered and they know I only punish them for certain things.
such as, you don't mess with my tea time, you don't break my
teacups. Other than those two rules, they are fairly safe."

She chuckles, "Well then.. I suppose they are safe." She looked
back to him, "Which.. By the way, im impressed. You took a fire
ball to your face and didn't even get burned.. Now that i've
never seen before, Xenith." she readjusted herself in her seat,
and sat up a bit.

Xenith would smirk, "Mmm, that's a secret I'll be keeping for a
bit. Can't reveal it too soon." He takes a sip of his tea,
peering off to the other end of the room. "Hrm, likely get
started soon spinning that web. I did an initial scouting a few
days ago. Made sure that they saw who I was, lied, said I worked
for Koll." He chuckles, "But yes, if you find me that
interesting, I suggest stick around, put up with the old man for
a time. I assure you, you'll get plenty of entertainment and
opportunities to do what you wish."
