The lich blinked a moment, one of his eyelids however none
exsistent, so the glow of his golden yellowed eyes shined
through. "Ah.. I see... I heard of distance about her.. She was
the one that brought the world to it's knees.... Mm.. Yes with a
power like that on our side, none would stand between me and my
goal..." he let out a husky laughter, before he went into a
short coughing fit, waving a hand about. "Well.. I hate to ask
dirty work of you... But. If you can bring me her ashes, and her
soul.. I can do it.. But i need some time and energy."

The man tilts his head, removing his arms from his pockets he
instead holds them behind his back. "I have no qualms against
'dirty work' as you put it so nicely." It would seem as if
suddenly he was carrying something rather heavy behind his back
as he flips his arms over his head, he always was a bit keen
towards showmanship, "But as you have it, I have already done
the dirty work." The smirk appears again, shaking his head as he
holds a glowing black crystal and an ornate urn, capped on the
top, likely holding the ashes. "So, we'll just have to wait
until you have the time and energy." His blue eye peers at the
man expectantly before the two items disappear in a wisp of
darkness.

The man blinks once more, "Well.. Aren't you the one to plan
ahead.. Thats something i like...." he reached out a hand, to
hang off of the arm of his chair, as suddenly a funnel of
shadowy wisps started to pour into his palm. "It won't be
long... And i will be able to do this... But. I have to ask,
what is it the first queen has now that is so keen? If she was
defeated before, surely she'd be a weak pawn in this game would
she not?" he murmured softly, his flesh seeming to continue to
regrow.

The man would stare at him for a few long moments before he
would speak again. "Tell me, why would you be so important being
as you decided to sleep for so long?" His head tilted. Oh he was
cocky, and yes, it was a bit of a challenge.

The elder snorts, as his features started to become more
pronounced and lively, "Well played, Xenith... I am powerful, i
suppose for the moment that is what makes me important... I was
never an important man. But as what i am now.. i am important, i
want to rule darkness, and with my abilities, i can, and shall."
he nodded faintly, it didn't sound like the best defence, but
eh, the swarm of spirits were still funneling into his hand and
arm.

The man claps his hands together at that, "Bravo..." He says
very dryly, though his eye held that dull expression the lips
hidden behind the mask were curled into a grin. "Now, I'm sure
you have work to do, as do I. I will check back...periodically.
There may be a party I might just have to say hi to." He turns,
walking to the doors, which, if the shadowmancer's attention was
mainly on Xenith all this time he would likely now notice the
large doors sitting back into place, as if they never fell to
begin with. "If you need me, just say my name. I'll hear it."

The man offered a smile from his newly formed lips, it was a
twisted smile, one that showed he was a bit pleased. "Sounds
fun.... Yes i shall call you when i am ready to bring forth our
new friend.." he nodded, flexing his free hand a bit. And so it
began! dun dun dun.. [had to]

"Indeed." The only word that escapes the man's lips as he
reaches the door, his form twists and seems to be pulled into a
small space before the smell of sulfur emanates from the spot, a
scorched mark appearing on the floor where he stood, and he was
gone.
