       MEP Rules

       1] Only staff can instantly start a MEP.
       2] For members who are NOT staff: In order to start up a MEP . .
       . you MUST have 15 - 20 posts, then you post your MEP in the
       "MEP Ideas" Sub-Forum.
       3] In order for your MEP to be accepted, it must have the same
       amount of posts as the # of parts you are going to have in your
       MEP. ((example: If your MEP has a total of 15 parts, you must
       have 14 or more people to agree with your MEP)).
       4] You MUST have a video of the song in your thread so that
       people can hear it and decide if they want to do a MEP for that
       song.
       5] Be active in MEPs.
       6] Have fun!

       I love the rule about how you have to have as many posts as
       parts. It'll help the MEP get closed faster ^^

       Exactly, that definitely will help make it go by faster as well
       as making it fair for everyone else. Because it does give people
       a good idea on what kind of videos each one makes.
